All I can say is I hope none of y'all played pokemon go back when it was popular. I dodged a huge bullet. This is why I don't trust a majority of mobile games. What is even the point?

Chances are you thought that Phil "can't stand up straight like a normal person" ( seriously, why does he lean his head back so often? ) Spencer was doing an Ok job a couple of years ago.
The dude seems to be responsible for
- all those studio acqusitions and doing jack shit with them
- raised prices on just about anything xbox-related
- we-are-doing-so-well-but-gonna-do-some-layoffs-lol
- Canceled the only recent-looking exclusives (Scalebound, anyone?)
- Attempted and somewhat was successful in turning Xbox into a publisher brand instead of creating its own IP
- Lazy-ass attitude towards exclusive IPs
- the few exclusives that did come out failed miserably, with even fewer being decent
- tried to close down studios that were actually successful, like Tango Gameworks
- Game Pass
Now the new lady seems to have been reversing whatever direction Phil was going for. Lowering game pass, bringing back exciting and actually exclusive games, and planning to make the consoles more affordable are all great decisions.

It's most of them. The "experience director" (another bullshit position) of Tomb Raider: Legacy of Atlantis makes roughly 14,800 dollars a month. Making games that appeal to as many people as possible (boring) is much more expensive than specializing.
