Lessee now, there's Milliontown by a band called Frost*. That one's 26 minutes long.

If you wanted something more... Eclectic, there's an album by Fantomas called Delirium Cordia, that consists of one song: Surgical Sound Specimens from the Museum of Skin. It's 74 minutes from start to finish. Although if memory serves the last 15 minutes are just the sounds of an iron lung.

And if you wanted something completely of its tits, then there's Hans Reichel's 'Shanghaied on Tor Road". It's played solely on an instrument of his own creation called the daxophone. It sounds like a complex arrangment consisting of gibbons, belches and flatulence. And I swear I heard something that sounded like a penguin in there.

Pink Floyd are the kings of writing long songs. These are my favourites:

Shine on you Crazy Diamond (there's two parts, part one is my favourite, but it's actually one 25 minute song)
Dogs
Pigs
Sheep(those 3 songs are all off the same album, "Animals", I highly recommend it)

And then, of course, there is "Echoes". At 23 minutes, I consider it to be Pink Floyd's greatest musical achievement; it's surreal. I'm actually going to go listen to it now!

Beat me to the punch. I have the Shin On You Crazy Diamond album and its split into 9 parts, but I fused them together to make one glorious 27 minute song. One of Floyd's best!

Amon Amarth's song Amon Amarth is almost 50 minutes long thats off of once sent from the golden hall. i think that one wins on length of a metal song haha. without fear is about 30 minutes long off the same album.

Not entirely sure where you got these times from as my versions are 8 mins and 5 mins respectively unless you've got some crazy mix of it, but even then a CD's physical capacity is about 80mins.

For my own recommendations:
Porcupine Tree - The Incident (split up into seperate songs, but it's a cycle) - 55 mins
Swallow the Sun - Plague of Butterflies - 35 mins
Agree with most of Opeth's stuff, my favourite would probably be Harlequin Forest (12) or The Moor (11).
Dream Theater also great, spent an entire night on the floor listening to them and only made it through about 30 songs.
Couple from Redemption: Something Wicked This Way Comes (24 mins), and Sapphire (16 mins).

Should be enough to keep you going I suppose

There's also Atom Heart Mother Suite and Alan's Psychedelic Breakfast, off the top of my head. I think A Saucerful of Secrets is 11 minutes or so, but I've never actually heard the song, so I don't know how good it is.

The entire Pink Floyd album The Wall flows together like it's one big song, too. Definitely worth a listen. Same with Dark Side of the Moon.

Other than that, I'm not looking through my ten thousand pounds of music to find 10-minute songs. Sorry.

I thought about including Atom Heart Mother and Alan's Psychedelic Breakfast, but I always thought of those two as more of an acquired taste, and on the whole lesser songs than their other 10 minute + epics. Hell, even Pink Floyd themselves consider Atom Heart Mother to be somewhat of an embarassment.

As for a Saucer Full of Secrets, well, let's just say Floyd were still developing as musicians back when that "tune" was composed - it's not that it's "bad", but it's just painfully obvious that the band were quite lost without Barrett. Fortunately, that didn't last too long. And yes, I definitely agree about Dark Side of the Moon - each of those songs flows into the other perfectly, it's as if you're listening to one huge suite.

Mayhem's longest song Illuminate and Eliminate lasts 9:40 minutes but its epic enough to be 10 mins thanks to Atilla.
