Wow, this happened to me like two months ago. My mom just laughed it off, and the magazines still keep coming. I usually just do the short quiz thing on the last page and read some of the interviews. There's not even that many pictures of chicks in it.

Indeed it is. I do see how it's not the best choice of magazine to replace an dead gaming mag with though. It's begging for trouble.

way I see it, either the mother is overprotective to hell... possibly a single mother as they tend toward excessive over-protection a little too much in my experience...

probably considers herself to be a fine example of purity(most likely not)... and from what i can tell the kid's probably been exposed to hardcore porn already at the age of 12 i mean come on... in todays world in any western culture that's almost a 100% positive fact that he's seen worse already...

I say sure be grumpy about the subscription bein switched without a choice or whatever but to make it sound like "oh no my child has been corrupted by this!" when come on we males are practically born with a dirty mind... chances are he was "enlightened" about all the stuff that mag barely even touches on far before that point...

LoL when I was his age I was explaining sex to other people my age and my brother and I

could bring up a porn youtube site in a couple secs and I was sitting on a stack of

playboys and penthouses and I had semi nude pictures that my dad did not mind.

(My Dad gave me my stash of porn to piss of my parents and also gave me my semi-nude posters)

Although I do symphasize with the mother since EGM jumped this on her, she should really be letting her son own his life when he's 12. Only six years until he's going to have to.

And in those 6 year his brain it going to develop enough so he can say "As awesome as this is maybe I shouldn't do it" or "Maybe I should hide this better."

On topic though, the same thing happened to a friend of mine, his mom was not a happy person.
