Lego Star Wars Chess Set is Amazing

How'd you like a fan-made Star Wars chess set built entirely out of Lego? Step this way...

Nerd projects are a little like cocktails; take a shot of Chess, a dash of Star Wars and pour liberally over Lego. The resulting beverage - in this case a custom Lego Star Wars chess set based on the first movie - is a testament to the dedication and artistry of our 'people' and this is no exception.

The entire thing is made of Lego, even the decoration on the board, and has some amazing little touch like the the Y-Wing Figher Knight or Greedo as a Rook. The board is the work of Brandon Griffith, who wanted to make a chess set that was durable to play the game on and depicted scenes from the movie. I mean, come on, it's Star Wars and Chess and Lego! What more could you want?

Oops my bad. It is based on the original. It was hard to tell from the pic and I couldn't get the site to load. When I read the first movie I figured it was ep 1. So where can I buy one and for how much?
