It has some form of rhyme so yes, it is rapping. Just very bad rapping because he sounds really annoying, a consequence of having a six year-old's voice.

Let's reverse the roles here and say it's a 6 year old girl singing singing while a bunch of grown men in speedo's shake their crotch around. Feel those hairs on your neck? I think you have your answer. The video would probably get banned and everyone involved would get some serious investigations. It wouldn't even be a question of whether it's acceptable or not.

Honestly this is just creepy and makes me incredibly uncomfortable. And considering I have a high tolerance for almost anything I can only imagine how other people feel. A 6year old has no business talking about being able to pop booties (which I assume is some kind of euphimism for anal sex) and as if that's not enough theres phallic symbles scattered around...

although this video pissed me off to a large degree for some reason i
had to ponder about this for a while. i think that the kid probably doesn't know half of what he is saying/implying. the parents/producer and everyone who find this cute/funny should re avaluate their view on things.

... i certainly don't blame you for the thought this almost creeps me out as much as beauty pageants for kids.

Well, lots of us already brainwash children to hate. Parents and priests stick their twin fangs of guilt and sin into an easily influenced child and set them up for a life of worship. Given the horrendous atrocities religion is responsible for, and the sheer hatred and bigotry associated with preaching that your faith is correct and all others incorrect (resulting in them being damned to hellfire), this sort of video is the least of our problems.

So go ahead, let the kids see people in bathing suits, train them to make booty pop. Just keep them away from priests.
