So I just feel like sharing this since I've seen so many posts of people being flung off the mountain unable to continue not knowing what to do

Well I was anticipating this moment greatly and was on a constant look out for that troll
Suddenly I spotted a shortcut up the mountain and so I took it

up above me I hear a dragon roaring, because I'm taking the shortcut he can't get to me.
This makes the dragon land in the middle of the 7000 steps close to the troll
The troll obviously not amused starts attacking the dragon, the dragon fights back but keeps landing back in the same spot

I wanted to screenshot it but skyrim is being abitch and not letting me

So guys have you ever had a problem solved for you like this in a game?
Just out of interest. I don't know what game you're on about but isn't this entire thread a massive spoiler?

Might want to edit the title of the thread. Also:

PLEASE DO NOT QUOTE ME TELLING ME WHAT GAME IT IS. I DO NOT WANT TO KNOW. Thanks.
no it's not because nobody experiences the same

I was wandering through a dungeon, or it may have been a pass, I hear something up ahead, and it turns out to be a Giant Frostbite Spider, which as I explained above, can be quite annoying to kill at a lower level (3-5). But beyond the spider was a pack of bandits whom had caught sight of me, suddenly, the pack of bandits and the spider were engaged in combat, the spider defeats them and turns to me, however, I have no trouble killing it and manage to loot some useful poison off of it as a reward.
The exact same thing happened to me. The spider scared me half to death when I turned around and saw it looming over me. Luckily, bandits can be very useful at times.

And that troll on the mountain was the first real challenge I faced. Damn, that was a hard battle. Luckily I had loads of potions and a (very weak) fire spell, otherwise I would have been done for.

The only spoiler is you climb up a big fucking mountain and there's a bastard troll on it. Relatively minor spoilers seeing as the game in question practically advertises big fucking mountains and trolls.

I like how something that was advertised since day 'one' (of the trailer, not the teaser) is a spoiler. THERE'S DRAGONS IN THIS GAME KTHX

OT: Had an epic fight where me, a wolf, and a sabre tooth cat all banded together to fight a dragon. It was the easiest dragon fight I've had. Afterwards the wolf killed the cat then attacked me. Bastards...

I also find the Dragons too easy. I'm level 19 with 110 health (everything Stamina for me), the Thief Armor and some light armor skills. I've also skilled one-handed dual-wield. Don't seem like a Dragonslayer.

But I just run around until the Dragon lands, pounce on him like I'm a Berzerker and not a Thief, couple of power attacks, one round of health potions, some more power attacks and the Dragon is dead.

I have way more problems with humans with two-handed swords, who can instakill me with one blow. That doesn't seem right. Based on my experience, that one Bandid near Riften, posing as an Imperial soldier, should be a bigger threat to the Empire than the dragons...

I've had some REALLY amusing encounters with the dragons in Skyrim. Shenanigans include:

My horse tanking the dragon while I shot it to death with a bow. This is before I realized that dragons are putzes so I kept shooting them instead of pouncing on them when I had the chance.

Killing dragons THREE TIMES in the courtyard at the Mages' College. Seriously. That place is like a dragon magnet. It is FESTOONED with dragon skeletons now.

A dragon I was trying to kill flew off and randomly assaulted goats, wolves, and helpless bunny rabbits that were like, 5 miles away. I had to chase the sucker for like 15 minutes before a sabre cat finally took it down for me.

During one of my dragon kills at the mage's college, all the elderly, grouchy, infirm mages emerged from the college due to it being lunchtime or similar. Apparently they'd just used up all of their mana practicing, because they proceeded to start vigorously PUNCHING the dragon with their BARE HANDS.

Getting a quest to go kill a dragon at (named site), and encountering not one, but TWO dragons ON THE WAY THERE, both of which I thought were the Official Dragon until killing them failed to complete the quest.

Oh Skyrim, you so silly.

Dragons seem to help me on my quests.

I've been doing some low level contract assassinations for the Dark Brotherhood and my first kill was a miner in Dawnstar. I got behind my target, ready to strike. Then, a dragon appears! Lands right next to the her and ices the *****.

Facing a group of draugr and getting my ass handed to me summarily. Strategic retreat. I am now near a cliff. rung back through the group of Darugr, turn around and blast them off the mountain with a mighty shout of FUS RO DAH

I witnessed a dragon attack on whitehold. There were litterally like 30 guards shooting arrows at it. Easiest dragon fight ever.

I've seen mammoth vs. dragon but the best one was when one Conjurer Adept took out a dragon for me then kept threatening me when I was absorbing the soul. It was quite amusing to listen to.

Haven't fought a troll yet. But I have killed a giant, catch 'im on fire, run like hell, shoot some firebolts at him, then run up with more flames.

Rinse, repeat.

I saw the troll from a mile out and killed it with bow sneak attacks, it took a lot. When I got to the body it was laying face down in the snow with 4 arrows in a fan pattern literally sticking out of it's buttcrack. I REALLY wish the Ps3 allowed for screenshots.

That was my second troll, the first was a black one near the base of the mountain in a little cut out on the rocks. A group of three people (some sort of noble and two bodyguards) attacked it with me and after it was dead they attacked me. I got a +1000 bounty with some city but that was neither here nor there since they were all carrying a bunch of gems.
