Congratulations I would offer a name suggestion but I tend to use names from Death note so I don't think you'd want that but here is one anyway: Misa.
Melanie does sounds good

Congrats, name it Darth. Or as a middle name. Like, Jennifer Darth Yourlastname. You could call her J.D.

Or name her Spencer, Alex, Ryann,or Dylan. I really love girls with guys' names, but its obviously up to you.
Cant call her dylan, as thats MY name, cant call her alex, as thats...alyx's name, cant call her spencer as that is a very 80's male name, cant call her Darth as thats a little too nerdy. Ryan is...um, a guys name as well. But then again, the tomboyish ones are more likely to get into gaming...
I maintain my suggestion of "The Boss."
Cant trust you though. I know your a teenager, as you have hentai for your avatar...shame, you seemed smart until I spotted that. Cant ever trust teens ^^

Private joke from a few months back in the hospital.

Congats!
I've always loved the name Melanie, partly because she was my baby-sitter and I adored her.

Personally, I've always loved the name Robyn or, if you want to confuse teachers everywhere (except Ireland) call her Deirdre (Dear-drah) or if you want to drown in nerdyness, call her Leia or lonelygirl15

I prefer the term "Zomguard"

Congratulations on the child. I can't really think of a name right now, but Sharon sounds like an excellent name for her.

How about "The S.S. More Powerful Than Superman, Batman, Spider-Man, And The Incredible Hulk Put Together"?

In all seriousness though, name her Charlotte. It's a beautiful name. Although my opinion is kinda biased since that's my girlfriends name. x3

Good luck with that. I'm happy for you and your wife :)

I have no ideas for names, but for your daughters sake, don't name her something silly. Sharon sounds fine. Your wife will probably have some ideas of her own though.

Congratulations, I wish you all the best :)

And as for a name, don't expect to get an answer here unless you spot something random that someone puts that you like. As for me, I've always liked the names Melissa, Melanie and Violet, but perhaps Scarlett would be appropriate with her mother's eyes?

Yay! Congrats Ashbax my old RP friend!

I don't think you should name her after her mother, I just don't like that idea. I do however think that Alyx would be a pretty badass name!

I'm partial to Natalie myself. Jazz also isn't bad, both people I know with those names (Natalie and Jazz) are great people.

congrats. also you never name the child after a parent. if they're alive, it'll be confusing. if they'er dead, you'll be crying for months, or even years, longer then usual.

yer wife's name is Sharon, ever pull an Ozzy?

I don't know, that's all I could think about.

ANYWAY, you should talk to your wife, not the internet.

Congratulations, may your child be healthy and joyful.

As for a name, let me think... maybe Joyce?

Hey, gimme some credit, im not a total nerd, I havent slept in over 48 hours, I havent life her side for one minute since then, and we've been talking for hours. But she was exhausted from the labour, and fell asleep about an hour ago. Im exhausted too, but im just too excited to sleep, thinking about it all - Her first steps, her first day at school, questioning the boys who call to our door looking for her, college, giving her away down the aisle...all of it, rushing over me like an ocean. So, like any respectable...somewhat nerdy person...I went on The escapist to share the news and help me sleep.
