A game setting that hasn't been done?

With Red Dead Redemption updating the old west setting, I found myself thinking, "What setting hasn't been done by a game yet?" We have the post apocalypse with games like Fallout and S.T.A.L.K.E.R. We've smashed through ancient Greece in God of War. We've tangled with alien forces from beyond the stars in Halo and countless other games. We've walked the path of the samurai or stalked the shadows as a ninja in feudal Japan a myriad of times.

For every time period or setting I pop out, I immediately find a matching game.

So, I challenge you, fellow Escapists, hit me with it. That magical scenario of time and space that we've not encountered in the digital realm yet... if you can.

Also, feel free to shoot down any prospective winners with the game that's already done it. o_<

SPACE!

Just kidding.

How about my room?
Haven't seen a game about that yet.
The sims!
(I've been quoting you a lot recently, haven't I?)

OT: Hmmm, I dunno. Probably something like a game set in the Caveman ages.

EDIT: Ninja'd. Darn.

Probably child soldiers, something tells me that that is where the next Modern Warfare game is heading.

Umm... Norse mythology?
Too Human and Viking both covered it.

OT:... Um... Nowhere. I can't think of a thing.
Don't forget the Shin Megami Tensei games and of course, Loki, Titan Quest and probably some more.

Flight simulators exploited WW1 to hell and back. WWII is more about infantry, WWI is about "who's got biggest or fastest guns".

How about the inside of a body?

Like you travel through bloodstreams and battle in the Stomach.

That or Neptune.

A true utopia. No crime, no conflict.
A well played game of Sim-City.

lol

Nah, that's a good idea, but how could that be a game? Especially without conflict.

Now, there are a ton of games that have a utopian society, but the game usually flows around that society being brought down for being false. Bioshock comes to mind.

Ragnarok online. A MMORPG based on Norse mythology. ^_^

YOUR room? In particular? No. but there have been games based in a single-room kind of premise. Silent Hill has just such an entry.

I believe there is an educational game that was developed to help kids fight cancer and diseases by the power of placebo. They controlled a white cell (which actually was a well-designed character) shooting bacteria and viruses.
