...I can sit through the worst shock-porn that the internet can dish out with a blank look on my face, taking in and analyzing every detail... but I can't sit through even 60 seconds of that song (or "Friday") without closing the tab. My mouse-hand simply won't allow it.

Okay, I have just been listening to Damien Rice. You know, GOOD music, by a guy whose Irish accent makes his songs that bit more awesome? And who can actually sing? So there is no way I'm going to taint my eardrums with this new travesty, at least for an hour or so. I may listen to it later, when I'm back home with my pizza and ice cream (yeah, I'm splashing out on a takeaway now ). When I've had my fill of good songs for the day. This song and Rebecca Black's make me wonder who ok'd these ideas. How can you listen to these songs and think "yeah this is a great song" also why must they do auto tune, god I hate auto tuning because that is like basically saying you have no singing skill and have to hide behind it to have semblance of talent. My last point is you spend all this money to record this video, auto tune your horrible voice, buy some record company so you can sell the song but you can't hire someone to write lyrics for you.

I think they're doing it on purpose now... Friday ended up being an obnoxiously famous song, because it sucked. So these guys are trying to live off of that.

It's a conspiracy, we must stop them. Sadly that is actually a good idea on their part, seeing how Friday is the most viewed video on youtube and now their trying to see if they can recreate it and destroy the whole music industry as we know it.

I just realized, "My Jeans" is from last October. It isn't new... it came first.
