In this specific circumstance, knowing all this information for fact, yes I would because 30 innocent people are more important than 1 or 2.

Consider this. You are an officer trained with the use of a sniper rifle, working for the state and are currently resolving an incident at a bank or some other establishment of mass public interest, and its workers and clients are being held hostage by a woman threatening to kill all of them, let's say 30 people. She's made no demands, she just wants to kill and the only way to stop the death of 30 is by killing the one, her.

But also consider this: that the woman is 7 months pregnant and so, by killing one, you kill an innocent also. would you make the shot or not?

Consequence free? I'm not gonna have to run this decision by a judge or someone later? Shoot her. Not an issue, the baby's not a person yet.

#1 Another hypothetical scenario, A group of 5 people are standing on the train tracks you dont know who they are and a train is coming towards them, and a obese man is standing near the tracks that could possibly stop the train, would you push him? (I Said it was hypothetical)

#2 Same as above except the person that goes onto the train tracks to stop it is you

for number 1, nope, that would result in me killing a person, the other way results in me watching 5 people die for reason thats of no fault of my own.

That's difficult? Kill a terrorist (I guess that qualifies) or do nothing.. since when are you considered a saint and/or get a free-out-of-jail card when you get pregnant. I'd disable her but not kill, shoot to wound, while the other team infiltrate and arrest her, then takes her to the hospital to stop the bleeding then take her to the prison, I would make sure she isn't put with the GP until the babies born and I'd keep her under constant to make sure she doesn't try anything to hurt the baby.

A shot to the head would give the paramedics enough time to deliver the child if it was far enough developed. It is unfortunate that a innocent child should die due to the actions of the mother....
Difficult! What about a shot to the hand that she has her gun in?
