Alien. It's a classic. Also, I've heard Pandorum and Event Horizon are both scary as hell. Oh, and Shutter Island. Although I prefer my heroes only looking at horrific monsters or depraved psychopaths down the sights of an especially large gun, so I have no proof as to this.
