Yeah...Really not interested anymore. I mean I bought MW2 and had some fun, but with all the recent stuff going on concerning Activision I really can't justify it.

Also Reach is coming out then and I'm so on board with that.

What about the Beta? Treyarch promised us a Beta.

Come on guys, we don't want another broken-ass game.

The least they could do was wait a few years, observe the current life (yes the stuff OUTSIDE the Activision Building) and THEN make a decision to pop out CoD7. Making them too often like this is just killing it, It's like Sonic all over again.

Well, the PR engine is certainly geting reeved into overdrive to build up hype...It is just going to be much of the same, but...let them believe what they wish

Will it sell well? Yes it will sell very well. Will it sell as well as MW2? I don't think so. I think that that game was probably their highest selling game and it goes down from there. MW2 probably put a lot of people off from playing any more CoD, and I don't think more people will be attracted to get this one otherwise they would have probably got MW2. That's how I see this anyway.

I'm not getting Black Ops on launch so you won't be getting as much precious money anyway.
Same.
I would rather get Halo: Reach at launch then Black ops.
Agreed.

I've never found Halo to be my favourite game but I do accept that the multiplayer is damn fun and its impossible to deny how well the series has done.
Also is Bungies last Halo so im hoping they will pack alot into it rather than doing the Activision thing of re-using the same game and changing the skins as thy have done from COD 4 - COD 6. (its just damn lazy)

I'm even looking forward to Medal of Honor more than Black Ops, And I was stupidly keen on COD 2 - COD 4.

Okay, I'll admit, it looks good.

But nothing next to medal of honor. Or BC2. Or modern warfare 1. Also, it seems they've forgotten the powerful element of cynicism building against them. Hardly anyone I know thinks this'll be worth a day one buy. Especially if they have another unwarranted price increase. And doubly so if these subscription rumours have any truth to them.

It won't be as good as they say it is simply because a lot of people don't like overhyped games... Me for instance. A game becoming popular after its release is a good thing, but a game becoming popular before its release - wtf? People don't even know what it's about (all of those games are about shooting bad guys, yeah, but I'm talking on the story part) and they want us to praise the game before it's even out?
No.

I swore off Modern Warfare 2 before I even saw gameplay: I took one look at the perks and streaks list and thought "uh-oh." I really don't think Black Ops will be any better, and besides, I've already decided that my money will go to Halo: Reach.

Spending a lot of money on the launch is kinda worrying me

But I'm willing to give Black Ops a chance with the beta that I hope to god they do (Treyarch don't let me down)

Since WaW was my favourite campaign and Treyarch supported their community better I have some hopes for this game

I'm still skeptical on this one. If it launches at $60 for PC, then no. Half tempted to wait to see if they are going to charge for the map packs before buying it...

I'm expecting even more genericness! Innovation and fresh ideas exists to be copied! A sure fire way to sucess!

Oh Activision, you really do miss the point.

Developer says their next big game is the best.

Next we'll be hearing Nintendo say the 3DS allows you to play 3D games without 3D glasses.

I think Moderner Warfare was a very unenjoyable game based on my playthrough of the campaign and my thoughts as a gamer, so I never bothered with the multiplayer. I also made sure to borrow a copy for my 360 and even made sure I wasn't signed in to MY gamer profile, so as not to stain my gaming record.

But, I guarantee it'll sell just as well as Moderner Warfare.

Why? 'Cause bros love them some moderner warfare and, let's face it, they'll pay $60 for anything shiny you hold in front of them (new Madden game every year, anyone?).

I will confess. I bought MW2. It did not, however, adress my huge complaints from MW1. I have since given up on the franchise. I also have the sneaking suspiscion it will not be too innovative...
