Nah, it has only been taken to this extent in this episode. There is another episode where a different character has a mental breakdown, though.

I have to say, this new episode was very different from what you'd expect from MLP, it was extra silly and... I don't know... insane? It was like watching MLP, but not watching MLP at the same time.

Well that's never been a problem in Mortal Kombat before. You have a guy who can temporarily disable your ability to block and then can teleport reverse pile drive you into a black hole. It just so happens to be that everyone in Mortal Kombat is so ridiculously overpowered that it creates some sort of inverse balance.

Alright, I have to admit that was pretty damn funny. Not enough to make me actually watch the show, but I love the writers' warped sense of humor.

Even if you don't like MLP, I suggest you check out this one, maybe just for the reason that it's so different from the rest. Or you know, whatever you feel like doing.
