After yesterdays PSN problems...

...I thought everything would be fine, however I have another problem, it seems I need to re-unlock all my RE5 trophies again, now for the most part this is fine, i.e. for the 'Stockpile' trophy all I had to do was buy and extra weapon, and for the 'Take it to the max' trophy I just had to upgrade the weapon, I haven't got a problem with re-playing the game to re-unlock trophies, however my problem lies within the 'All dressed up' trophy for unlocking all the costumes, I can't re-buy costumes, and I can't honestly think of anything else to do other than delete my saves and start over from scratch, which I can't really say im too happy about, so I was hoping someone may have some advice on what to do, maybe someone had the same problem and managed to sort it, anyway any help would be really appreciated, and hopefully I'll be able to sort it when I return from the evil I like to call work.

thats the thing that really grids me, i was 3 trophies away from a plat, and had PSN not have screwed up i would have had the damn thing by the end of the day...robbed of my first platinum trophy by a damn bug in the system...on the plus side it has gotten rid of my Infamous trophies (which i didnt want because my mate had bought the game and played it on my console and only unlocked the easy trophies) and littlebigplanet trophies, which i didnt want coz i cant see a time where im going to have 50 friends who all play little big planet

That just proves my point that all this system is doing is making us obsessed trophy whore gamers. I gave up on trophies after my first plat. At the end of it I was like "What a waste" and "There is no point to this".

I miss the days when there weren't trophies.

Where instead you proved to your mates how awesome you were by unlocking the secret weapons, hardest diffuclties, outfits etc.

If a trophy doesn't add to the gaming experience its a waste of time. 9 times out of 10 they are a waste.

You know whats strange? I have a fat PS3, and I never had a problem... all of a sudden I just found a lack of people to play with... though my friends got it, even the one with a slim...

well the only thing i like about trophies are when you tell some1 that you finish a game on the hardest settings and someone says no you didnt, ya just tell them to look at your trophies. other than that i wont try to hard to get all the trophies, like infamous, played it good and evil but didnt get all the shards and the takedown moves trophies
