Heh, his xbox should be covered under the new RRoD warrenty, unless he's tampered with the xbox itself, then well too bad, he's voided a user agreement contract. Just another ass trying to take advantage of our justice system. Maybe not even that. He's really a jackass (which, in my opinion, is far worse than an ass) who thinks he has a disease that counts as a disability and that he is entitled to money when things don't go his way. This guy needs to just shut up and go out and buy a new Xbox. Or, maybe, he could buy one on the internet and have it delivered to his house that damn pathetic excuse for a human being! The sheer common occurence of the red ring of death shows how much of a jackass this guy is: most people go out and get a new Xbox when this happens; this moron sues Microsoft because it worsens his "disability" and causes him "sadness" and "undue stress." Get over it asshole! This shows how pathetic the American justice system has become. A law should be made that only allows people who sue after they suffer "emotional stresss and pain" to win $100 dollars at the very most. If they lose, they should then be laughed out of the court room for making complete idiots of themseleves. They should name it the "Erik Estavillo Law" to honor how much of a jackass this guy has made out of himself.

You should sue Nintendo and Microsoft for their console-breaking issues though, mainly Nintendo as they don't fix the fucking things. Maybe it'll teach them to keep these sort of bugs out of the damn commercial release!
