I would say Zetaz from Corruption of Champions, but my character ended up being an even worse person than him. So... AH! Got it!

The problem is, her actress played my favorite Star Trek Captain, Janeway.

Adrian Veidt in Watchmen, because he just seems so arrogant and, despite being ?the smartest man in the world?, short-sightedly idealistic with his master plan to save USA from nuclear war with USSR and create a utopia, but Dr. Manhattan?s leaving line, ?Nothing ends, Adrian. Nothing ever ends?, pretty much proves that he only delayed war. He overlooked one of the most vital aspects of human nature, meaning he just killed a bunch of people for nothing.

Joffery Baratheon, god how I hate that little shit, killing Ned Stark, torturing Sansa, GOD!!!!! thank god Tyrion slaps him from time to time

that felt good.

I would like also to say Sabertooth from Fairy Tail, bunch of arrogant, sadistic bastards. The reason being:

After Yukina lost against Kagura from Mermaid Heel, she was forced by the guild master, Genma to strip off her clothes and was kicked out of the guild, leading Natsu to attack them, but my anger was turned up to 11 during the Naval battle were Lucy and Minerva were last left and Minevra stole Lucy's keys and then proceeded to brutally beat up Lucy while Sabertooth just laughed while Natsu and the others angrily glared at them

and I thought Raven Tail were assholes

Boratheon.

That spoilt kid is such a shit. In the show anyway, I'm guessing he's as much of a **** in the books.

Oh, and for why? Because he's just such a massive ****. Everything he does just raises his cuntiness factor by 5. No matter who he's talking to he's a ****, no matter what he does, he's a ****, and the worst thing is that this massive **** is related to the best character in the series.

[sub][sub]Guess what the word of the day is today, kiddies?[/sub][/sub]
He's worse in the books.
And its deliberate.
You're supposed to hate him enough to count down the days until he's dead.
Though, he does get a somewhat understandable motive (from a child's view anyway), but it does nothing to justify or excuse anything he did. Again, that's deliberate. This is because Joffrey is a deconstruction of at least part of the King Arthur myth... because King Arthur supposedly became a king at around the same age as Joffrey and well... this is a more realistic depiction of what a "child king" would actually be like. Especially one raised in a feudal system that does everything it can to make killing people easier for the nobility.

Anyway...
my most hated villain? Well, aside from Joffrey I mean...

just about every Disney villain except for Atilla the Hun in Mulan.

I don't hate them for any of the reasons that Disney would like me to, I'm sure.
I hate them because they're all basically the same. They're all a bunch of paranoid, narcissistic idiots. And they all make the same kinds of mistakes...
and therefore, they're all boring as hell to watch. Nothing I hate more in any character than for them being boring.

Warren Mears in Buffy the Vampire Slayer.

While other 'big bads' in Buffy were Vampire lords, giant snakes, Frankenstein monsters, immortal bitchy gods and the manifestation of evil itself Warren was just an angry nerdy recluse who bitterly hated women. I hated Warren Mears because he felt the most real, we see people who fit the Warren Mears profile online all the time... I've even engaged in arguments with a few of them.

So I guess you could say Warren Mears invoked hatred in me not just because of the character himself, though he is still pretty bad in that respect, but because of what he ultimatley represented. The dark misogynistic and hateful part of the 'nerd culture', the only thing to differentiate him from the people who attacked Anita Sarkeesian or the trolls on online gaming who post sexually harrassing messages or any others is that he actually took it to the next step and brought his hatred into the real world.

That's why he'll always give me that special uncomfortable feeling.

how were the roman slaves different?

anyway..they seem more like spartans than romans (though I dont know anything about that kind of thing)
Roman slavery was far more complex, and slaves included not just the physical laborers that the Legion favors, but domestic servants, skilled tradesmen, and warriors and gladiators. At various points in Roman history, slaves even gained legal rights to fair treatment and could file complaints against their owners (though this fluctuated throughout history), and depending on the work they performed (i.e. probably not ship-rowers or mine workers) could not only be legally freed, but could buy their freedom themselves.

And they're not especially like Spartans, that I can tell. For its time, ancient Sparta was astonishingly progressive concerning its women, the vast majority of its population was made up of slaves and freed slaves, and even the Legion doesn't really match its level of militarism.

Cersei Lannister is soooooo stupid I facepalm four times a chapter. The memes you could make. The worst thing is that she thinks she's the shit and always calls herself her fathers daughter and wishes she was a guy while doing her best to fail

If you get Veronica to leave the Brotherhood to join the Followers of the Apocalypse, the Brotherhood slaughters them for the sole reason that Veronica was formerly a Brother of Steel. That is 100% evil.
WAHT? they slaught the followers?.....what if you destroy them?
Well, they slaughter a whole outpost, not the ones at old Mormon Fort (thankfully) Like I said, they did so as complete assholes, you have to kill them anyway. This can only happen in Veronica's quest "I could make you care" Which cannot be completed if you destroy the Bunker.

The Followers at the fort are safe (unless you kill them yourself)
But the guys who did it aren't the entire Brotherhood, just 5 assholes who represent the worst about the Brotherhood. That's why I always pick the NCR ending when the Brotherhood forms the Alliance. For all they have bad, the general idea is good, and they need some guidance. I loved the general concept behind the splinter faction in FO3 (not so much the development, but the concept was gold), because it shows that the Brotherhood can do good.

(Warning: Rant ahead)

For me (and I hope I'm not alone), probably Aizen from Bleach... and the villain who follows after him (don't remember his name and can't be arsed to look it up). They (at least Aizen is, I quit reading/watching Bleach after it got too long and complicated) are smug, stuck-up bastard(s) who won't just fucking die already!

But you know what the worst part is?

The fangirls, the fucking fangirls, who fawn over them and treat poor Ichigo like he's the villain! What the fuck is wrong with you?!?

...Also, Sasuke Uchiha, but that goes without saying.

The main antagonist of Bioshock 2 (Sofia Lamb) is a horrible antagonist and I would wish nothing more than drilling her face apart with that huge big daddy drill I have for a right hand. Her actions are based on a ridiculously retarded philosophy that does not in any way change or evolve. She keeps repeating the same stupid shit over and over again every ten minutes or so in a 20 hour game, all the while mentally torturing her 16 year old daughter throughout the entire game. I generally have a lot of patience (I like Navi from OoT), but by the end of Bioshock 2, I wanted to jump into the game, rip out her intestines and feed it back to her.

Ghirahim from Skyward Sword and not in the way it should have been either. He's just a really, really horrible excuse for an antagonist. One of the worst I've seen in years, even. He is incompetent, has a horrible character design going on and fails every single time he tries to be intimidating. Yet he shows up at the end of every fucking dungeon to spout the same shit over and over again.

Haruhi. She's not generally considered an antagonist, but she is to me. She's abusive, treats people like shit, sexually assaults her friends and uses them as tools. The main protagonist is a worthless, incompetent, selfish tool. They have a ridiculously huge fanbase despite it, which probably annoys me more than the characters themselves. It's a shame the plot isn't too bad, because otherwise I could just dismiss the entire thing. Right now, its slow development, awful characters and shitty humor are the only reasons why I hate it.

Noah Cross. I'm not going to say much about this guy, because I don't need to. He's an incredibly rich, but corrupt businessman who has raped his teenage daughter. She gives birth to a baby and escapes from his abusive father's clutches. His father tries to find her and demands custody of the child and her daughter refuses. The movie ends with the cops, who are protecting Cross, killing her, Cross taking the daughter away and getting off scott free. The. End.

Kai Leng from ME3. He was a decent enough villain in the books (never read the last one) but didn't translate at all into the game. If I were to explain the many reasons I despise him it'd take an entire thread.
Anyone who hasn't ever played ME3 won't care. Anyone who has played ME3 will fully understand your reasons for hating him, so there's really no need to explain.

The mere fact some people don't want to see him get sliced in two by a giant two handed sword or shot in the face with a hand-canon makes me sick to my damned stomach.
There are actually people who don't want him to die a long lasting, excruciating death? The very fact that such disgusting people exist infuriates me more than most shitty antagonists do. Wish it was possible to punch people over the Internet.

The legion in New Vegas are not antagonists I hate, simply because I think they're awesome. I like being an asshole in games.

Oh, and by the way, Joffrey Baratheon (in the books) isn't even close to being the ass he is in the show. I mean, in the show, it's his single defining trait, while in the books, you can see him as being this demented child. And oh, the prostitute thing isn't in the books, so he doesn't necessarily get more off at pain than sex.

And according to Bronn, there's no cure for it.

He's designed to be hated by the audience, with no sympathy. George R.R. Martin said to the actor "Congratulations. You did a great job, everyone hates you."

Mom from The Binding of Isaac. She's the digital representation of every zealotic idiot who takes their religious beliefs way too seriously.
That's all I can think of right now, mainly cause I've been playing TBoI for about two hours strait...

Dahlia Gillespie from the first Silent Hill.
It's not that the template "Crazy Cult Lady" is an inherently bad character, Claudia from Silent Hill 3 was a great antagonist while retaining very similar traits.
It's just that Dahlia was impossible to take seriously. In a game about surreal, nightmarish horror, an antagonist who more rightfully belongs in an old Disney cartoon is really out of place.
Her voice actor doesn't help much either, as the only other character that possibly could share that voice would be a Disney villain.

Alexander from Amnesia: TDD was awful, but that's how his character was supposed to be; as terrible as possible without being silly.

Oh, and let's not forget Sophia Lamb. I hated her so much. This is not solely because she had to fill the mighty dress shoes of Andrew Ryan (who is one of my favorite antagonists), but because everything she said sounded so smug. She was extremely annoying.

Captcha was: CAR TROUBLE

I really hate that smug bastard kai Leng for doing a certain thing to one of my favorite characters and the fact he had his stupid cut scene power even though I curb-stomped his ass with my vanguard. So, fuck this piece of shit and I hopes he chokes on his damn cereal.

Third page? Time for another entry of whatever I can think of off of the top of my head.

Joffery! - Come on, you KNOW I have to agree there. Anyway...

Moebius the Time-Streamer - Here, let's put up some appropriate music [http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gdb8aFrkMMA] first. Moebius (Meaningful Name) has been an irritating pissant in Nosgoth the whole entire time. Pretty much ALL of the timey-wimey problems in Nosgoth are his fault, and the stupid bastard never dies! It takes the combined work of Kain and Raziel to finally open this assholes eyes and give him what's coming to him: To be eaten by the late, great TONY JAY!

The Anti-Spiral - FYI, chump. When you stop evolution, you have NOTHING. No power, no life, no worth, zero, zip, gone. Only stagnation and memory. That's probably why you suck! WHO THE HELL DO YOU THINK I AM?!?!?!?

Hitler - Yes, I went there.

and this is why I don't like certain anime styles
This is actually one of the cases that The author intentionally made a character look Girly, primarily due to wanting a 'deceiving' appearance.
And given the Nature of Berserk, you can bet his appearance has brought Griffith both positive and negative attention...Still doesn't change the fact i hate the white haired ************ and if you read/watched Berserk you probably would too.
