Basically everything from Pink Floyd's golden age

Radiohead's OK Computer and Kid A

Muse's Origin of Symmetry and Absolution
Those, plus:

Tool's Lateralus, Aenima and 10,000 days are all amazing, give or take one or two extremely bizarre experimental tracks

Mastodon's Crack The Skye

Most of Opeth's albums, particularly the ones after they transitioned from straight-up death to prog-death. Watershed is my personal favourite.

Metallica's Ride the Lightning, Master of Puppets and And Justice For All

Gojira's From Mars To Sirius and The Way Of All Flesh

Animals As Leaders' Weightless

Oh, and Porcupine Tree's Fear Of A Blank Planet and In Absentia

Dissection's Storm of the Light's Bane.

I still have the original cassette laying around. A true masterpiece.

There are a lot of albums where I can say that I didn't dislike any song but there really aren't that many where I can say that I liked every song. There's probably a few more than this but these are the only ones that come to mind immediately.

Is This It -The Strokes (how am I the first one to mention this?!)

My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy -Kanye West

Bastion Original Soundtrack -Darren Korb

Phobia -Breaking Benjamin

Tenacious D -Tenacious D

Iron Maiden - Rock in Rio Live and Dance of Death.
Funny thing is the latter album I hated at first but the more I listened to it the better it became.

I'm trying to think of a 'perfect' Manowar album, but I can't.

There's some GREAT music there, but I've always found one song that's just annoying.

If we're throwing in soundtracks, I'd like to put both Daft Punk's soundtrack from Tron: Legacy and the soundtrack to Dr. Horrible's Sing Along Blog.

Forgetting a few right now, but albums that are brilliant from beginning to end are really rare for me.
Here's what I got right now:

Absurd- Der Fünfzehnjährige Krieg (Black Metal)
Bewitched- Diabolical Desecration (Black/Speed Metal)
Blizzard- The Roaring Tanks of Armageddon (Thrash Metal with a lot of Rock 'n' Roll in it)
Dissection- all 3 albums (Black/Death Metal)
Manilla Road- Crystal Logic (Heavy Metal)
Omen- Battle Cry (Heavy Metal)
Pentagram- Relentless (Doom Metal)
Sabbat- Dreamweaver (Thrash Metal)

Just quickly pointing out a typo.

I do rather love Vangelis' main theme for that, but it's all I've heard of it.

I find the lack of Ayreon here disturbing, considering I only found out about them thanks to this site. There are other albums that I like, I'm sure of it, I just can't think of them right now. Even my favorite band has their off songs on each album(seriously, Blood Red Summer killed the whole album, and that was their best album too), so I can't think of many that I can listen straight through with.

Red Hot Chili Peppers: By the Way
Red Hot Chili Peppers: I'm With you
Jason Mraz: We Sing, We Dance, We Steal Things
Jack Johnson: To The Sea
Iron Maiden: Piece of Mind
Sublime: Sublime

I own many other disks that are amazing from top to bottom, but they're mostly "best hits" collections

Thanks, that was rather stupid, I don't even know how I managed to make a mistake like that.
