So, as my life as a university student continues to crawl ahead another week, I noticed that my Pokewalker had gone missing. Now I never valued the thing too much, just wearing it to get items and see how many steps I've taken, but I was a little annoyed when I discovered it at the bottom of my washing machine.
As I pulled the probably dead thing out to dry, I remembered when I was just getting into trading cards in middle school. It was during the brief Magic the Gathering craze in my hometown and I got sucked in. In anycase, a foiled card (you know, the shiny ones
) went through the wash.
So Escapist, what have you washed up?
It is usually your own damn fault when it happens (I get lazy and forget to empty my pockets) and as a result you lose something. Was it valuable? Was it a trinket? Did it have sentimental value?
Discuss!
[sub][sub]Man, I haven't made my own thread in a while. The happiness one doesn't really count, that was a response thread.[/sub][/sub]
