Wouldn't it be nice if, when someone is offended, entire companies don't run around like headless chickens trying to change everything in case they lose one customer, but actually ask around and see how many customers are actually in favour of the thing being complained about.
Of course, just going up to people at the con and asking them might not produce honest results
Maybe a short survey wouldn't hurt tho, just a list of stands and and a 1-5 ranking.

There's no discrimination that I can see here. It's just not a good move to stop checking for ID, for whatever reason, once you've stated clearly that that is what you would do.
This isn't just nudity, it's often full-on porn. It might have mattered that it was only the opinion and "observations" of one Board of Directors monkey, but it's really their decision to allow or disallow them. Huh, already I've run out of interest in the subject.

TBH it seems strange that they are now banning it, odd that it got in in the first place.

At Comic-Con a couple years ago, the Suicide Girls were out in force trying to get people to their booth. One approached, asked me:
"Wanna come get your picture taken with a suicide girl?"
Me: "No thanks, I just showered."

This is actually a very common occurance in most countries, hell, in most middle eastern countries they allow their daughters to be married off and mothers at the age of 11-14 which is the age of puberty. And it's growing to be more common in America as well, I know that most of my graduating class, which is around 400 people, all got laid their first time around 14-16 years of age. It's growing in occurance because of how younger girls are starting to look more filled in then the age they actually are. Asking for IDs doesn't prevent adults from buying nude pictures for minors, anyway.
Making something illegal increases it's draw for the underaged since it makes it an act of rebelion, and if there's one thing teenager love it's thinking they are rebels.
