You take the bookshelf, and while it's heavy, with the help of the Russian man you ram it into the door - but to no avail. The door handle breaks off and you fear for the worst, looking back at where the bookshelf was, you see a vent covering leading through a large ventilation shaft. Perhaps there's a way out of the hospital through there?

A) Examine the vent entrance to see if you can pull it off.
B) Examine the room for more items - other than the coins and the vice.
C) Examine the Russian man's moustache and ask for tips on how to be that awesome.

You examine the vent entrance to see if you or the Russian man can pull it off. After much unscrewing, you finally manage to get it off of the wall. As you climb through, you see two possible directions. In front of you is a small room with some surgical equipment in it - from the sound of it there might be someone - or something - in there, to the right is a surgical practice.

Do you:
A) Go forward and see what you can get from the surgical equipment. See if you can find a survivor there too.
B) Go right to the surgical practice, see if there's an exit there.
C) Hide behind the Russian man, you don't want to go any further.

You head right into the surgical practice. Looking up you see a clear exit, however lying next to them on the floor are the bodies of mutilated surgeons. You look around and see a man sitting up on a surgery bed. An incision has been made in his body, and some of his insides are hanging out. He's staring at you with cold eyes.

A) Head back, there may be an exit to the rest of the hospital here, but no fucking way are you dealing with that shit.
B) Shoot the man sitting up on the surgery bed, see what happens. It can't be that bad... right?.
C) Run for the exit, shit can't hurt you when you run.
D) Ask the Russian man to examine the sitting body, something you, yourself aren't even going to attempt.

B.mm... Man sitting uprigght on a surgery bed with weird incisions on him, his insides hanging out, and brutalized corpses all around him. It's a stretch, but I think we shouldn't go in there unless he's dead, if he hadn't seen you, I would have picked A.
You pull out your pistol and shoot him, he falls backwards onto his bed. You wait for a second, and he screams and starts crawling towards you.
You need to do something FAST.
