You know Lelouch is still alive, right? Or it was because of the emotion of all the flashbacks together and the slow-mo "death" scene?
No, he isn't. He got a entire sword straight through the fucking torso and died. He knew he was going to die and he accepted it. It was the final and most important part of his Zero Requiem. Also there's no reason to think he's alive. Even "word of god" says he's dead too.

Face it, Lelouch is dead.

Clannad brought out a few tears in me especially in after story.

Also there is a manga moment that made me cry, not sad but manly tears.

Silver's father Giovanni, who at this point is suffering from a disease, saves his estranged son from a fire, whilst taken all the burns himself.

The first Pokemon movie. I was like 6 or something at the time; I was crying when Ash was turned into stone.

As many said Code Geass.
But there are also some others.

For some reason I had tears in my eyes in DBZ when Gohan goes SS2.
The Pokemon movie with Mew vs MewTwo.
Sasuke from Naruto makes me always sad. Not enough to cry, but I feel really bad after every episode with him as the main character.
But I did shed some tears in the original Naruto before the fight between them. When Sasuke remembers his past.

Whats it called, that one....Where the girl wakes up from the coma and finds that her lover has moved on.

Angel Beats almost made me cry at the end.

Probably a few more that I can't remember. I get emotional when I am attached to the characters and want it to end happily.

2nd Season of GitS: Stand Alone Complex, final episodes when the Tachikomas sacrifice themselves (they hurl the satellite containing their AIs into the path of a nuke) while singing a cheerful Japanese kids song. Makes me tear up just thinking about it.
Sort of this, but from season one. I felt the sacrifice they made at the end of season one was more personal, because they feel like they've failed, and then the major gives her little speech... Man...

Off the top of my head, some animes that made me cry were Chrono Crusade and Air. I almost cried during Elfen Lied, Clannad, and Rumbling Hearts. If this counts or not I actually cried a little when I watched the opening song to Higurashi Kai.

Hell, its mandatory in an "anime cry" thread to mention Clannad After Story. Episode 16 for tears of my heart being torn to shreds, episode 18 for tears of joy.

Speaking of hearts being torn to shreds, Steins;Gate. My heart has never completely healed from the shock of that moment.

Grave of the Fireflies also had the faucet turned wide open.

AnoHana. AnoHana. A thousand times AnoHana. Especially the finale.

Welcome to the NHK got me during the finale too, though I have to admit I laughed while crying at the "dramatic" line.

Ouran (the final 5-10 minutes or so) and Toradora got me to tear up.

Steins;Gate got me tearing up as well.

It was sad, but I didn't cry during Graveyard of the Fireflies. I must be an alien or something.

The Girl Who Leapt Through Time nearly got me. Not quite but yeah, it was close.

Summer Wars.
Watch it.
The end will make you feel like a heart felt hope exists for the entire world... through the internet.

Adding another vote to Grave of the Fireflies and adding Barefoot Gen. Both are true "horrors of war" stories through the eyes of children, and there are absolutely no punches pulled. If you can get through Grave without tearing up, I'm pretty sure you're an emotional cripple.
At least Barefoot Gen has a happy-ish ending... GotF is just plain up *waaaaaaaaaaaaaah* ending!

OT: Once again, I'm pissed off because I am yet again the first to mention... and I apologise in advance for this but:

[HEADING=2]Tokyo Magnitude 8.0[/HEADING]

FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFUUUUUUUUUUUUUU...

Anyway, excuse me. Other than that, as mentioned Grave of the Fireflies, but also, Ballad of a Shinigami and Gunslinger Girl (more the manga but also at the ending hospital scene in the first anime).

Clannad, oddly enough, didn't make me cry, nor did it come close... I think it's because I have some sort of immunity to those harem-themed adaptations of visnovs... *shrug* And CG:R2's ending came damned close too...

Still, 'twas only one tear.

I'm currently watching Clannad and it is boring as shit. I mean, I'll finish it and give the rest of it a chance, but it's not exactly holding my interest right now.

As for other anime, no show I've ever watched has made me actually cry, but scenes from shows like Fullmetal Alchemist, Code Geass, and Trigun definitely made me sad.
