An Arm and a Leg

While browsing the forums just now, I came across a post whose writer said that they would give "an arm and a leg" for the gun from Portal. I know that this is just a saying, but is there anything that you would literally sacrifice a body part for?

EDIT:

New parameters:
They are YOUR body parts. I'd sell someone else's arm for cool million, too.
Also, it kind of defeats the purpose if you get somehow better arms and legs.

$5000 for a kidney is the going rate last I heard, though cheap third-world imports threaten to flood the market, bringing their value down.

I put a pretty high value on my body parts, but I'd give my little fingers for £100,000. I think they're just worth that much because I wouldn't be able to play guitar properly after that.

My Feet. I hate feet, so it wouldn't be to bad for me, what with how excellent fake limbs are getting now-a-days.

Anyway, I'd give up my feet for... I don't know... money or something.

Live donation, but probably (maybe selfishly) only to someone I know. I guess other body parts to save a life I cared about (family, good friends, girlfriend, etc.)

I think I might be willing to sell an ear for a TARDIS, I agree with that.
But I need all my other stuff.

Come on though! You in the TARDIS! You can fly anywhere in time and space and I'm sure you could find some place that will grow another arm for you or give you an ultra awesome bio-mechanical thing!

You must really dislike your feet to not even want anything specific in exchange first.

Anything over $100, I never said my body part.

*sigh* If you're gonna make it our body parts then maybe but only for my close friends. Though I'll give an organ to anyone who needs it, so long as I don't.

I'd give my right arm and left leg for mechanical limbs to replace them that have the same amount of feeling and are really strong.
That sounds like a pretty good tradeoff to me.
I gotta keep my organic left arm.

Well, I would give a finger or two for a superpower. Maybe an eye too.

Wow. You're the only one so far who has taken the selfless approach.

Lol! Ok, I'm going to add that to the parameters up top. YOUR body parts.

But I'd need my arm in the interim.
And it'd be really hard to drive a TARDIS with only one arm.

Total Organ Replacement (PL 7)
This cybernetic implant replaces the recipient?s skin and all internal organs other than the brain and nervous system with artificial (and extremely durable) replacements. The recipient?s cardiovascular system, musculature, and digestive system are all replaced.

Benefit: The recipient no longer heals damage naturally and must receive a Repair check to be healed (a DC 20 Repair check take 10 minutes and restores 1d8 points of damage).
The recipient gains damage reduction 5/- and a +5 bonus to natural armor (this does not stack with any natural armor bonus she might already have). She is immune to ability damage, blindness, deafness, disease, drowning, poison, stunning, medicines, chemical boosters, and all powers, spells, or arracks that affect her physiology or respiration, because she has on physiology or respiration to affect. The recipient?s weight is doubled. The recipient takes only half damage from cold and fire. She gains a +4 equipment bonus to Strength, but takes a -2 penalty to Dex (to a minimum Dex score of 1), and her speed is reduced to half normal. The recipient can speak but cannot drink (and thus can?t use potions or drugs). The recipient has an armor check penalty of -4 and an arcane spell failure chance of 25%.

The recipient?s unarmed attacks deal damage equal to a club of his size (1d4 for Small characters, 1d6 for Medium sized characters), and she is considered armed when making unarmed attacks. When the recipient makes a full attack against an object or structure using her unarmed strike, she deals double damage.
This.
