I quite like anarchy as a concept.
Both the true meaning of anarchy and the punk interpretation, circa 1985.

It does fall flat on its face when only a few people commit to it though...

Anarchy is for me, and I do understand politics. Maybe your the one that doesn't. We do not pick our leaders, corporations do. But why not choose the people that have the knowledge to lead a country and are natural born leaders who have good hearts?

I just said that we had no freedom and that in my case (Iceland)and that none of the political groups are smart enough to run a bloody country.
What I'm saying is that I would love to see a country just being lead by people that aren't of any of the usual political groups and are more of a "board" then a couple of groups with opposed opinions.

My basic ruleset would probably seem highly anarchistic (because it - at least up to a certain scale - allows efficient order, without "commanders"). Yet, i would probably disagree with most anarchists. I do consider nationwide "coordination" necessary. I just have completely different ideas about what "role" such a coordinating body should play. So, i'm not anti-government - i'm just against the current social configuration.

In fact, i by now acknowledge the need of a coordinating body more than ever. I never really rejected it in general, but ever since the only person to ever set my philosophy checkmate was a fascist, i realized that any form of "anarchy" doesn't scale well. And that is because in small groups, you can let people be part in whatever group they want to be in (free association). But entire cities or even states, cannot just leave a country and mind their own business if they disagree. At some scale, geographical limits prohibit people from purely free association. Or in short: when you've got something as big as a country, states cannot just freely do whatever they want - they need to coordinate with the others. And when entities no longer can decide to not interact, they need to get along with each other. If they do not manage to get along with each other, the entire nation suffers -> the necessity for a consistent "we"-mentality (fascism).

For those who didnt manage to follow my train of thought: Individuality and group-identity, are not mutually exclusive. They actually depend on each other. The question is just how well this interaction is implemented.

Individuality only gets you up to a certain scale. A scale at which the groups are no longer able to not interact if they disagree. Groups as large as states, cannot just say "we disagree, therefore we will now not have anything to do with you others anymore". But specifically this possibility of noninteraction is needed for true free individualism. So, once you reach a certain scale, there needs to be a way for large groups to get along with each other, even if they disagree with each other in some aspects. Thus, the need for toplevel coordination between those large groups - which is essentially would be a "governing body". It wouldn't need to be a government "as we know it", but the need for highlevel organization is necessary. R.I.P. Anarchism.

P.S.: Notice that in all this wall of text, i never mentioned that "humans are naturally evil" - and that is because i do not believe in this shit. My rejection of anarchism doesn't depend on "humans being meanies" - rather, my rejection of pure anarchism simply is the result of physical limitations (once you reach a certain scale, there ain't no such thing as "purely free assocation" anymore).
