And the world was briefly brighter, before once again the American government dashed our hopes and dreams. :(

The greatest American, nay WORLD musician to come out in the last thirty years of music and the US government just shits all over him. This is truly the day the music died.

I admit it would have been pretty funny to see what would have happened if this was actually real.

In all seriousness, Andrew WK is still a thing? I thought we forgot about him after his one hit. It was a decent song, not anything special and honestly kind of funny. Also, I can't be the only one who thinks he looks like John Romero. Please tell me I'm not crazy.

Just look at the two of them:

Yes, because the problems in the middle east all stem from their lack of repetitive shitty retard music, hangovers, and that tasteless gimp giving everyone the thumbs up.

Seriously America, seeeriousssssleeeeee!

Listen dudes, I'm from the UK and remember Andrew W.K. he made a song about getting the party started, then immediately released a follow up single that sounded exactly the same. That's it, game over - that's how the rest of the world see him, we see him as an idiot who might force us to party harty, get the party started, fight for their right to party, or some other horrific activity that nobody will enjoy... see to enjoy a party, let alone enjoy a party with that WK tosspot, you'd have to drink, a lot... and Muslims can't drink - is AWK even aware of that!
As part of "the rest of the world" and someone else from the UK, I completely disagree.

Have you been on any other forums recently? The music forum I venture to regularly is just full Andrew W K appreciation. That might be your opinion, but please don't try and coin it off as everyone's, he's known for more than just his music.

So my opinion is wrong because your opinion is different?

I see how that works. I visit a few other forums, and all of them are pretty much deviod of any real appreciation for AWK, what can I tell you!. I did see an episode of LA Ink (I think) where he got a tattoo of a straight line, can't say it made me think any more highly of him.

Nice straw-man.

Nowhere did they state that.

They said that you cannot claim to speak for them. Which you did with the phrase:

See the difference?

You see him as an idiot. You cannot claim to speak for the rest of the world.

That is not saying that your opinion of him is wrong in any shape or form.
