I specifically get angry at stupid things to lessen the effects of when I get angry about proper things. A few days back, I had a massive, hour-long rant about the logistical nightmare that would occur if all the bears that ever there was gathered around for certain because today's the day the teddy bears have their picnic. It entertains my mates, I get to make some very real comments on the fact that bears are doing nothing to reduce their carbon footprint, and I get to blow off steam that I can feel building up inside me.
Most recent thing that angered me was just Halo 3, when i play naff or its glitchy, laggy i go crazy-always wanted to punch my tv in.
But to cope with it i just think, whats the point its a game!
Just go for a quick wander about your location and drink water!
Also a few things make me angry, but the main one would be when people give smart ass answers for sensible questions.
For example, when you ask a teacher a question and his/her response is "you tell me." What is that suppose to mean? It's me asking them the question, if I could tell you the answer, then I wouldn't have asked said question in the first place.
I'm normally a pretty calm guy, but last couple of times I got REALLY angry, I punched a hole in the wall and smashed a badmington raquet into lots of little pieces.
They were the exception though. Normally I'll take a deep breath, and go for a ten minute walk listening to some mellow music, like Colin Hay or the Vitamin String Quartet, that usualy gets the job done.
Back when I could play I played DDR until I was satisfied with stomping on the floor, (probably why I went through 5 dance pads in 7 months) but now I have some vids saved on my youtube account that make me laugh and I'll watch them or listen to something that makes me laugh.
Ignorance angers me the most, easily. My biggest switch is religious zealotry. I love religious discussion, but the second someone makes false assumptions or says something insulting, I go through the roof.
Generally I sit down and shoot things. Preferably zombies in L4D. In extreme cases I have to punch something.
