For me, like many, I hide and suppress anger until some tiny insignificant thing makes me snap and everyone around me thinks I'm crazy. I'm not really angry that there are no clean spoons in the drawer, I'm angry because I was stuck in traffic, late for work, had to deal with a wife-beating crack-addict, got stuck in traffic on the way home, and now is to much to ask that someone in this house turn on the fucking dishwasher so I can have a clean fucking spoon?

As for how I deal with it, I vent on the internet or leave the room. "Hey, he's leaving the room, he's pissed about something."

There are very few things that make me angry - most significantly, arrogance, or inequalities.

But then, I don't actually need to "vent" my anger. I just... Take a breath, and my frustrations evaporate on their own.

To be honest, I don't really understand it when people talking about working out their anger through force. How would such things actually make you feel better?

Well, when I had A Smackdown! game, I fired that up, went into a TLC (Tables, Ladders, Chairs) match and just went bat-shit crazy for twenty minutes. It works like a charm.
