Do you suffer much from it? How do you cope?

I'm angry at something most of the time. Always some idiot trying to screw things up. Then there's times when I'm really angry like right fucking now. Doesn't take much to get me started. Sometimes just the knowledge that there's people who deserve to suffer who are fine gets to me, and I just want someone, something to pay. I just get this urge to murder and rip things apart.

Violent games are my best coping mechanism. I can just kill things. I know they don't suffer, but it just helps. Sometimes I bite myself. It just feels better to bite something. I don't usually get to the point of bleeding. If I had less morals, I'd probably find someone else to bite.

I like how these fuckers in authority keep saying violent videogames make people violent. They don't seem to realise they're the only thing that stops me trying to kill 'em all. Little fuckers don't think. Nobody FUCKING THINKS. THey want brainless, mindless? I could give it to em. Them not thinking makes it nhard for me to think. FUCK EM.

Fuck, I need to mplay something. Screw this. I know a load of morons are gonna insult me on this. I don't care. Either this or I let my friends know that I could snap at any time, sounds like a nice little idea? Might just stay away from here for a day or so. Too many People not thinking.

I don't have much of an issue with anger,
usually I try to be nice rather than snap at other people.
(although holding the door for a random stranger has gotten me into some awkward situations)

I do get angry when I'm trying to work and people constantly bother me for silly little problems that could wait or they could solve themselves.
I used to have road rage, but it seems I've lost that along with my whole pissed off at the world attitude.

You sound like bi-polar people I've known.

The game is rigged. Just do the best you can with the hand you were dealt and try to enjoy it. You're a single drop in a very big bucket and drowning in your own rage over it is a waste of energy.

Totally waving the `get some therapy` card again.

But, no.
My problem would be that I actually do not get angry.
I can get pissed off, annoyed. But not angry.
I can't even think of the last time I was properly angry, because it would have been years and years ago.

I've had people say I'm like a robot because I never get angry.
But what can I say?
Anger in myself is not fun and in other people is scary so I avoid angry people.

I would say talk to someone about anger managment. It honestly sounds like you have an issue if you are angry all the time, and if you are starting to abuse yourself as an outlet. (I know you said you don't bite your lip hard, but it's still a start)

And yea, I know what I am talking about. I was a very angry person, I was in the army, I went over seas, and I developed some anger issues about it. One that still pops up for me is asking why some idiots are still alive when I know good people who died in terrible ways just to do serve their country. I had to learn to deal with both the long term sources of my anger, as well as the short term outbursts. For me, breathing exercises have helped a lot for sudden bursts of anger. As well, talking to people about what makes me angry and realising its not their fault.

No offense, but if you genuinely feel like this all the time then you need to get help. You need to go see a therapist or something.

Everybody gets angry sometimes, but feeling like you say you do all the time isn't healthy.

I don't really have much of an anger issue and when I do get angry, it's usually under control. I will admit that I have been a little bitter lately and that has made me prone to short anger fits, but I just need to step back, breath, and cool off somewhere.

All my hobbies tend to take the anger out of me and if I really need to chill out, I just make a cup of Chai Tea and that easy diffuses any anger that it built up inside of me.

I don't have a problem with Anger - I rarely feel deep anger, and I virtually never act on Anger. I am very good at hiding my anger as well, which is an extremely useful skill.

I often get angry when I drive because it's like 70% of the people don't know the goddamn traffic laws. That, or they're driving like half the speed limit on a one lane road.

Anger?

All right, all right, seriously now.

When I was in high school I had a few anger issues, my outlet was usually either video games or music. Nowadays I don't really let much bother me if I can help it, but there are still times when nothing gives me a better cathartic release than hearing the heavy distorted crunch of dual-guitars.

I only get angry when playing videogames, or when there's an unhealthy amount of Nathan Fillion gifs around.

Thank God the latter is rarely an issue.

I don't get mad often, pretty much never. When I do I just give them a jolly old fuck you and move on.
