I was inspired by the 'How do you deal with pain' thread to create this, and my question to you, fellow escapists, How do you deal with your anger do you hold it in release it imedietly, wait to let it out until it can be focused for something more productive(sports, martial arts, etc.)
Me myself keep it all in, probably not the healthiest thing to do as apparently it cause me to have a stomach ulcer, but it went away...
