Battlefield 2.

When the matches descend into who can throw grenades the best, alienating new players completely from competitive play.

I'm looking at you, Strike at Karkand!!

The ending of SC2:WoL not so much the content. (well a little). But the fact that it says Heart of the swarm continues the story.

for those of you who know HotS doesn't even have a release date beyond: "when it's finished"

FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU

Portal 2: I rarely utter words such as "cuntbuggery" and "shit-fucking", but the Cave Johnson sections pushed me there... granted, I did feel like an effing genius when I finally beat em without a guide.

WWE Allstars: this stopped when I realised that the game actually lies to you. whenever you can pull a reversal, a cetrain shoulder button flashed. but it RARELY worked. I later learned that you had to hit BOTH shoulder buttons, despite only one specific button flashing on screen. I learned this through a passing mention in the manual, nothing was said in the game itself. T_T

Super Meat Boy. It is the only game ever that has tempted me to rip my laptop in half, throw it across the wall, and bash it with a hammer. Thank God,I have never actually done it.

When in Mass Effect 2, I had 11 teammates when I could only bring 2 with me, yet [SPOILERS!!!!] near the end every one of my teammates jumps in the shuttle during a cutscene leaving the ship defenseless.

I had this same problem during the first game when[SPOILERS!!!] you must choose whether to save Ashley or Kaiden, yet I had 2 teammates doing absolutely NOTHING on the Normandy.

There's lots of things that can just make me rant about how much I don't like decisions made by the publisher but don't really care that much (Fallout 3, Tiberium Twilight for example).

I remember having games that literally made me break my keyboard for how much rage I built up playing and failing at them. Mostly bad racing or flying games or really hard fighting games. If there was a lengthy sequence with an unskippable cutscene and no way of saving but it's also really hard to pull off, that's usually what made me rage.

When I was most angry at a game it wasn't me playing it, it was my brother(19) who was getting so pissed off he was screaming, hitting things, and smashing my controller down. I kicked his ass off the game and didn't let him play any games for weeks.

edit: I can't remember the game b/c he acts like that pretty much whenever he plays. Except now he doesn't hit my controller.

The ending to Drawn to Life 2 made me rage. I want to cut the person who wrote the ending to that piece of crap.

Similar thing happened to me, was about 200+ hours, not so bad as yours, but had everything set up perfectly... was a sad day.

I kicked a hole in a wall...
It was only FIFA 11.

I've broken so many PS2 controllers over Tekken games though.

I was planning to play on Normal, but the words "you will not be able to change difficulty without starting a new game" made me back out and choose Beginner. 'Cause i knew i would get stuck about halfway through. Though i spent the first half of the game wondering how i got the cool auto revive items since i skipped through the explaination of them.

Oh and as a heads up some of the later dungeons seem designed to prevent rushing...

>open the door?
>yes
>no
"hmm i've already killed the miniboss so this must be a cutscene!"

Second Miniboss: "sup"
FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFUUUUUUUUUUUUUU
I try to avoid rushing as much as possible, seeing as all it takes is one bad encounter to lose a lot of progress. I've only died three times so far, twice against bosses (Shadow Yukiko and the Contrarian King) and once in a dungeon (Which was the floor after the one I started one).

League of Legends....right now....RIOT, FIX YOUR DAMN SERVERS!

EDIT: Also, add Demigod to that. All it is is "I'm gonna enter this fight until I get to around 1k hp" Then you go into a fight, get a kill here or there, drop to 1k hp and right as you run away that bastard with the crossbow goes "TROLOLOLOLOLOL SNIPE!" and hits you for 1.1k damage promply ending your killstreak.

Heroes of Newearth. I swore off playing after only TWO sessions. Didn't want to stay around and learn to play, I just packed and left. It should come as no surprise a reviewer actually docked marks in a review for the same reason I left - the community.
Heard. I play moba a lot myself, and have learned it. But the community is not happy about newbies apparently.

What buggers me more is those who have played it for a long time and still isn't worth anything game wise.

Super Street Fighter IV. Quite frankly, it's my favourite and most hated fighting game franchise. Never have I played any one at the same level as me. None of my friends want to learn the game because they hate the controls (and who can blame them? - I've been playing since the Sega Megadrive days and I still can't effectively do quarter circles let alone two full circles!) and the people who do know the game wipe the floor with me. Yet Tekken/Soulcalibur etc. frustrates me even more, since it's about remembering long button sequences rather than being good at a fighting game. Anyway, Super Street Fighter IV Arcade Edition finally broke me...and my controller.

Super Street Fighter IV, I took that game WAYY too seriously as I'm prone to do with any fighting game that I spend a large amount of time on. Nothing makes me madder than to train my ass off on a fighting game and learn all kinds of advanced tactics and when to apply them just to be beat out by random mashing or cheap playstyles. I used to rage so hard from all the BS online that I would have to just cut the game off and sleep for the rest of the day in order to calm down. If lost repeatably to someone in the same room as me I'd be just about ready to get up and start fighting for real.

Also Call of Duty: World at War

I felt like if I moved more than a inch on veteran mode all the enemies for miles would simultaneously throw a grenade right between my legs.

Crysis 2.

What's that? We already have unique gameplay and setting, with interesting characters and simplified weaponry? Forget that, we wanna be COD, so we're gonna go copy them now. Oh, and you still payed $100 AUS for it

I almost set it on fire
