Air, Kannozuki no Miko (Preistess of the Godless Month and Requiem for the Phantom. It's pretty bad since I'm normally the person that people think is devoid of emotion, let's hope they never see me watching these.

Hinaichigo's death. Also everything Suigintou goes through. And Barasuishou at the end of the second season.
1. almost, 2. not really and what happend to Barasuishou in the end made say "YES! FINALLY!"

As I said, that one part in Rozen Maiden almost made my cry but I probably have heart of stone because nothing else really came even close to making my cry.

Bump because I just finished watching Angel Beats(!). The ending almost made me cry but since I'm a manly man, I didn't.

I cried at the end of both Chrono Crusade and Air. I almost cried at the end of Elfen Lied.

The mall scene in Ergo Proxy made me depressed...

But almost all of Clannad made me cry. I LOVED it though. Kotomi's story in particular.

Spice & Wolf too.

Being a manly man, I hardly cry, especially not in animes! Except in the few cases of
5 cm/ second
Pokemon: The first movie, yes, that scene, you all know it.
Sekerei
Spice and Wolf. The list may continue if I remember more.

There probably have been several but the only one I can remember off the top of my head is
The last 3 episodes when all the characters start dropping like flies, in the end I was basically out of tears.

Damnit man, some people don't read the manga and watch the anime. Thanks for just about the biggest spoiler for me this year. I've been anxiously waiting for months to see how that situation resolves >_>.

The Tachikomas in the last-but-one episode of Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex 1st Gig really moved me.

And they were so annoying throughout the series

Well, I guess I'm just going to parrot what other people have said, but regardless;

There's a few in Code Geass, when;
Shirley dies. Just seeing Lelouch screaming at her, using his geass over and over again, commanding her not to die, it's damn powerful (I have no idea if he was faking it or not, but the point still stands!)

Also when Euphemia died.

And when Lelouch died. Just watch the final episode and tell me you can't keep your eyes from tearing up when you hear Nunally crying for her brother while everyone else is cheering for his death.

In Fullmetal Alchemist (the first Anime);
Maes Hughes death. God, you have to be made out of stone. I prefer the original anime to the newer, more "true" one, simple because it's way more focused and the characters are developed more naturally. I teared up when Maes daughter was saying "why are they putting dirt on daddy? He has to get to work in the morning!"

And in Death Note, not necessarily a "teary" cry, more of a "holly crap this is awesome" kind of cry;
The last episode. Seriously, the huge amount of buildup to Kira's final plan and whether he would be captured or whether he would succeed is just mind-blowing. Light just gets delightfully evil and absolutely insane by the end of the series.

So, yeah, I'm a big softie and I'm pretty sure I need to watch more anime.
This, exactly this. Oh man, that part of FMA was the saddest thing. Though, I also cried a teary cry when...
L died. I just couldn't take it. I was an L fanboy quite completely by the time that episode came 'round, and when it happened... well, you can imagine.

So much crying in Code Geass. That anime got to me.

And to add to the list... the end of Cowboy Bebop. So basically the ones people already brought to light. =P

Clannad: After Story. Hands down.
I never ever cried during an anime...until now.
Especially when...
Nagisa dies.

Always nice to see another KnM fan.

Kannazuki No Miko's ending was probably what brought me closest to tears (I don't cry, doesn't happen), other close calls for me were The end of Chrono Crusade and parts of FMA Brotherhood.

My eyes watered with hatred and disgust at the end of Toradora. Never cried though.

I'm pretty sure almost every anime I've watched has made me cry at one point or another.

Pandora hearts had some really sad moments, as did 07-Ghost, just off the top of my head.

I've been ninja'd at least 10 times now, but still...
Clannad: After Story. If you didn't cry after seeing all of it, you have no soul.
