That depends on what's being served (and whether I have to do the cooking). I definitely prefer restaurant cooked steaks--as long as it's a steak house where the cooks actually, you know, actually KNOW how to cook a steak.

I...Don't know... I guess it depends on several things like the book, size of page, and size of the text. If I were to venture a guess, I would say around 50 pages an hour.
