Anyone here gotten Swine Flu.

I woke up on thursday with it. Its a ***** since I can't walk around . Just would like to know if im the only one suffering with this here. Quarantine sucks as well.

Haven't got it yet, and am still not worried. A fair amount of people have got it in my area, but you don't see me screaming that the end is near. Unless it starts turning people into zombies. Then I will be worried.

Nah, hasn't hit my area at all yet. I am, however, getting quite confused as to why it's getting so much press coverage. I mean, I'm from the UK, so our healthcare system means we don't get many deaths from it anyway, but whats the big deal? So many people die from normal flu every single year, making the ones who have died from this seem like a drop in the ocean.

I have some kind of flu, i.e. have a bad head, stuffy nose, constant lethargy and a bit of a bad throat, but I don't wanna waste my summer moping around, swine flu or not. I'm just keeping it to myself and going out partying anyway.

Swine flu is over hyped anyway.

OT:I had a nasty flu a few weeks back, no idea if it was swine flu or regular. Either way, get better soon, any flu is bad flu.

No. I haven't had sex with a pig had a bit of a cold recently but I've seen none of the other signs of swine flu, most people in my area don't move around that much anyway so I doubt it will spread that much around here. I am going on holiday soon thought so I'll just have to wait and see.

Nope, though a few people at my college have gotten it and been quarantined.
Really, all H1N1 is is a new strain of influenza. We get those ALL THE TIME. The flu mutates ALL THE TIME. There's nothing that threatening about this disease.
