A few diabetics I know have had a similar problem... Their usual solution was instead of having 3 normal sized meals a day they had 5-6 small meals (small enough that eating them wasn't a major effort) instead.

The other alternative is ruthlessly sticking to your food schedule and forcing yourself to cram in the food regardless of how ill it makes you feel as long as you don't hurl it all back up. The upside to this is that your body usually adapts fairly quickly and it becomes less of an issue.

If that works ill be suprised

Ehhhh, if you don't feel hunger, it's probably more chemical than psychological, so I'd say talk to your doctor about it.

But anyway, a thought from the top of my head:
Is your sense of smell ok? If it is, get someone to cook for you (whatever you normally enjoy eating, smell of roast chicken and bologneze pasta sauce do it well for me as they're very powerful.. and tasty :p ; oh and don't eat before that obviously, make the usual meal break) and ask them to poke you just before/as it's ready. Go into the next room, leave the door open and do whatever. The smell of food you enjoy should open up your appetite and make you feel hungry if your body feels the need for it (hence, as I said, don't eat/snack too short before that).

That'd be the lunch variant, if you're an early enough bird, go to a good bakery early in the morning just as they open up, it should work for breakfast (don't eat/snack shortly before going to sleep as well)

Again, this is just what I can think of, the smell usually brings up the "hunger" feeling for me the most, if that doesn't work I'm kinda out of ideas :\

edit: ok looked up above, RhombusHatesYou is right, if nothing works and your doc can't help, have smaller meals. Even when you're not hungry, you can grab something small to eat, even if a full scale meal might be too much.

Exercise will stimulate appetite normally.

If the regular ways aren't cutting it, start hitting the marijuana and anti-psychotics. *

*Don't.

Have you been staying up later than normal? I haven't been feeling hungry during the day because I've totally messed up my sleep schedule. My body thinks it's breakfast at 7:00, lunch at 11:00, and dinner at 2:30. Eat when you're hungry.
The problem is that I don't feel hungry. I'm not staying up later than normal, I haven't changed anything there... I just don't ever get hungry.
Try setting a mobile alarm for eating times. At least then you won't forget to eat. Or go on the Harold and Kumar diet. (Weed, weed, and more weed. Also hamburgers)
