I'm not saying the following with hostility, just pointing it out: I think your opinion, and the people who share it, might be a big part of the reason why so many people reach adulthood while still being shitheads.

So the opinion that beating someone to "within an inch of their life" is to be avoided makes me a shithead? I don't currently see the logic behind that. Care to elaborate?
You're going to get pissed off a lot of times throughout life. You can't go around risking killing or maiming people every time they piss you off.

You should read my post again, since you seem to greatly misunderstand what I did and didn't say. How did you come to the conclusion I was calling you a shithead? I even noted right at the beginning of the post that I was not being hostile, which I assume is a prerequisite for calling you a shithead. If you reread my post carefully and don't inject your own hyperbole where there is none, there shouldn't be any need to elaborate.

After reading the OP, I retain this belief. Especially since a friend of mine had his xbox stolen, and the dumbass thief added ALL his personal information to my friends account... including a picture for his gamerpic.

However, you ignore the flip side of this: people are surprisingly stupid about securing their property. Here's an experiment--go to a large, full parking lot and try to open some car doors. A surprising amount of them will be unlocked. That number increases dramatically if you do this in a neighborhood.

People leave their valuables out in the open all the time, which is probably what your sister did. It's incredibly easy to steal stuff, you just have to think about it.

You're right there was one point is my life where I was into petty thief. It was crazy easy, it's almost sad that in middle school I nabbed over $200 from backpacks one day while they owners where waiting for their buses to come.
