Are You Into Cosplay?

I've only gone to one convention so far.
During the convention, I cosplayed as a Minecraft Creeper.
So yeah, I would say I'm into cosplay. Hopefully I'll be able to attend PAX East 2012 and attempt to make a costume that doesn't just involve slapping colored squares onto two over-sized boxes.

I wanted to post this picture, not to show my goofy Batgirl costume, but to share one of the best 100% handmade costumes I've ever seen!
My friend came to Philly Wizard World dressed as Tira from Soulcalibur 3 [http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v245/ZeroChan/tira.jpg] and she was AMAZING!
I would like to, but as some people are also, I'm lazy too. Perhaps when I get a job.

I cosplayed as big boss from mgs3 at comic con2010 in NY. I plan on displaying the same convention again as Travis Touchdown from No More Heroes. I'd post a pic of myself as Big Boss but I've done it so many times already. Pretty sure everybody's seen it already.

I cosplay whenever I can get to a convention, or signing event or similar (which is sadly not very often)

John Crichton from Farscape
Cameron Mitchell from Stargate SG-1
Matt Scott from Stargate Universe
Sam T Anders from Battlestar Galactica and
Chuck Bartowski from Chuck are the main ones I do. I've also done Jack Bauer from 24 once and I'm in the process of having an NCIS agent costume made. Photos of some of them can be found here! [http://s165.photobucket.com/albums/u70/Scaper_photos/Costumes/]
It's all good fun, especially when you're in a group - quite a few of my friends have various Stargate costumes and a few of us have Farscape costumes.
