Bugs. D: Horribly, horribly terrified of bugs of all shapes and sizes. There's only a few I can actually stand, being:

Butterflies (but not moths)
Caterpillars
Ladybugs
Lightning bugs / Fireflies
Inchworms

And of those five, I can only stand them if they are outside, I notice them first, and I come to them, and they make no sudden movements. If the bug is not on that list, or doesn't keep to all those requirements, I'll scream like a banshee and run away from wherever I am. Seriously, even the dead ones scare me, just as much as the live ones do.
I gotta agree, I don't really enjoy near bugs alot. I find them disgusting in a way. I actually dislike the dead ones the most, since you have to get rid of them somehow, usually includes touching them.

Yes! Eventually, the live ones will go away, but the dead ones just stay there, being horribly disgusting and scary, until they either disintegrate or I can get a Big, Strong, Brave Man (tm) to get rid of it for me. D: Euurryygghhh.

I can get rid of them myself, but I can't be in direct contact with them, so I need a napkin or something. Actually, touching anything that I find filthy in any way causes me to feel a bit sick.

i get unnerved by heights. specifically, this kind of height:

that's the top of the empire state building, and when i went up, i was scared shitless. even with the steel cages,i had to move away from the edge for fear of falling to the abyss...

Spiders and let me get the picture of one

I mean It's not like I freeze up, it's just when I see onr I gotta smash it.

Like the one right here on my desk.
Yeah I see you... RUN!
This post made me laugh in many ways...mainly just the picture. Anyway What am I afraid of....well being in tight spaces when its hard to move or get out of, that really bothers me. I used to be afraid of spiders but not so much anymore unless there as big as the one in this picture...but then it doesn't matter if they're spiders, I'd be afraid of any bug that size.

Um...think you could make a thread with a title that's even remotely related to the topic?

But spiders
Or make an OP that sticks to one subject?! :p

OT: There's nothing that really scares me.
I get surprised sometimes and disturbed other times... But not scared.

Italics make you cool, even cooler than being fearless. I'm sure there's something I just haven't met it yet, har har har.

Put ADD URL HERE[/b]].

If it's a large image, it's polite to put it in spoiler tags:
[spoiler=Insert Title Here]Add text or pictures you want in the spoiler tag here.[*spoiler] But use a backslash rather than an asterisk.

Hope I helped. ^^

I can't. :( I can't even indirectly touch them. Not with a napkin, not with impenetrable gloves, neither alive nor dead. I just can't do it, and it makes me so sad. I've tried conquering the fear a million and a half times, but it never works. It just stresses me out until I give in and run away screaming.

Ohmigah, I LOVE!!! those kinds of heights. Seriously, the higher up I am, the happier I am. I've had friends holding onto the back of my shirt before because of how far over a railing I'll lean when I'm up high. Put me on an airplane and I'm practically in heaven. Guess it makes sense that my lifelong dream was always to go up into Space...

I have this odd phobia thats crept in from my childhood of the Krypt Keeper. It scared the piss out of me when I was three and my dad(the bastard) had a really good impression of him and he kept doing it at odd times just to watch me squirm.... I think I need a hug now...

This guy [http://pluckylump.deviantart.com/art/SSBB-Everyone-Hates-Tingle-79974436]

This says it all. Green tights, delusions of grandeur, convicted felon, and he holds his brothers as slave labor in his tower.

I'd have to say that nothing really scares me. Heights used to, as did roller coasters, but now those bore me. It's depressing, since roller coasters are supposed to be exciting and all, and I don't enjoy the ride.

If someone or something surprises me in person, I move away, turn to face them, and get ready for a fight, because that's what I think is about to happen. It's pretty hard to disturb me, though, since I luckily have a strong stomach. Smells don't bother me, gross sights don't bother me, so I'm set.

If I had to be afraid of something, though, I would be afraid of myself if I lost control. I don't think it would ever happen, given my high degree of self-control, but I doubt it would be pretty, and in the back of my mind, I would be watching.

I just thought about how animals try to intimidate you because they themselves are scared, which reminds me of a car I walked by outside my mom's restaurant today. Two dogs were in there, average size dogs, and when I walked by the car they started barking non-stop. Annoyed, I stopped and glared at the dogs, and surprisingly they stopped barking for a few seconds. The first one barked once, which I guess gave the second one the courage to bark, but for the most part they shut up. I thought it was cool, since it's not the first time that's happened with me and dogs.

"It's an animal thing."

Ahhh, this just brings me to my belief that I could have a pack of wolves [or at least one!] and teach them to think of me as pack, doing the whole dominance / submission thing. Not the BDSM sex shit though, oh god, ew. XP

My mom's dog used to bug the shit out of me, so whenever he was acting up I'd just stare at him and say, "Harry... What are you doing?" Without raising my voice or changing my tone of inflection whatsoever. He'd stop, that's for sure. So I get the dog / car thing. Awesome.

And yes, I'm fully aware that I probably just made myself sound like a psycho. It's okay, I kind of am.

And by disturbed I mean, like, as in whenever I saw Audition for the first time. Smells, gore, etc don't bother me either though. Woohoo!

Nothing wrong with being a psycho. I mean, who isn't a psycho on The Escapist?

And what's Audition? I've never seen it.
