I fear and hate one thing to the very center of my rotten core, clowns. What can I say? They should all be shot. They are a manifestation of hell itself. But someone should liquidate all of them. If you know someone who is a clown slap them out of it before judgement comes. Yeah, clowns are creepy.

Nothing wrong with being a psycho. I mean, who isn't a psycho on The Escapist?

And what's Audition? I've never seen it.
You make a good point. :D

Audition is like a classic Japanese horror movie.
Always makes Top 100 scariest movie moments.

Though there was really only one scene that got to me, you'll have to see the movie to know what I'm talking about... I also haven't watched it in a while, might not bother me anymore. But it did! Once!

I guess I fear death; seems like the only thing worth fearing really, everything else doesn't really stack up to nothingness.

I'll have to check that one out, along with the other books and movies that people recommend but I never get around to looking for because I forget to or what they're called. :(

This one calls for becoming a note in my phone, though. Once it's in there, that guarantees I don't forget it. I still have a note from last year reminding me that a friend will sing if I pay her $500. Not likely to happen, but good to remember if I have some extra cash.

Oh good!! It's a must-watch. If you like it I'll throw more your way. :D

And for $500 she better be amazing.

Seems like precisely the only thing NOT to fear. It's going to happen to you whether you lie it or not, you're probably not going to have a say in the matter of how or when, and once it does you'll be dead so not only will you not care, but you won't be able to care. So what's there to fear? Fear is a response created in humans out of survival instinct - if it scares you, stay away from it, because it's probably dangerous. You can't stay away from death, so why bother fearing it?

Okay, I'm not a dog person, but that is easily one of the cutest dogs I've ever seen. So, my question is...are you afraid of that particularly fluffdorable breed of dogs, or dogs in general?

That's just it, you won't be able to do anything.

The whole point of 'if it scares you, stay away from it' is to stop you from dying. If we should just fear things because out instincts tell us then wouldn't death be the ultimate fear? Since all other fears are supposed to make us avoid that.

I fear, people, most bugs, deep sea fish and bad grammar.

Now for my amusement and your horror, I will dig up some pictures:

BTW, if anyone is interested as I am in ugly-cute creatures and butt-ugly spiders and fish, this is the site for you:

It's updated occasionally with cool pictures and info. ;)

Pain, I HATE being in pain and jellyfish, the bringers of pain, I don't go swimming in sea water anymore...
I heard one guy got stung by a jellyfish, the pain was so intense, when the paramedics knocked him out, he was still screaming,I.E while unconscious ...

Imaginary creatures living in large bodies of water that I cannot see. T_T
So I'm not the only one...

I can't swim alone in lakes. It freaks me out too much. Once my family took a summer vacation to an unnamed lake. The water wasn't clear, and I was terrified enough of the creatures of my own imagination that I had nightmares. And not much gives me nightmares. (This is not an offer to attempt to give me nightmares. Please, please don't try, because while you may or may not succeed in giving a nightmare, you will almost certainly scare me to death.)
