During the scarecrow sequence when the screen goes all weird, and looks like it's broke, how many of you were concidering to either shut down or restart the system?

I was so close to restart my PS3 when that happend.

yeah, i paused the game and was like then when it showed the characters swapped round i realised it must be scarecrow.

Same here, as well as batman coughing before every scarecrow, including this one. I did have a momentary "oh crap" but then decided it was probably another scarecrow. Either way, it was AWESOME.

Not me. I realized that they were trying the same stunt as that other game a few years back, can't remember the name, but it was some survival horror game. Either way they did it a lot better.

Oh hell yeah; I thought my XBox was bricked again - and was surprised and angry because it'd only been returned to me from the repair centre - fortunately, it was a trick heh, and I realised when I saw the xbox was still responding to the 'dashboard' command.

I thought something was wrong for about 5 seconds, then I remember that they based the "Scarecrow" sequences off of Eternal Darkness, which was famous for some brilliant Meta-Horror moments involving the condition of your system/disc/saved games.

The game did freeze when I rescued the doctors fairly early in the game. That was the only time though.
Nah, I didn't think anything was wrong. I thought: "Oh, Scarecrow's toxin is affecting not only Batman's perception of the world, but mine as well. That's...like in Eternal Darkness."

I saw this last night and was going to make a post. I was playing it on my 360 so you can imagine what it was like at this point :| Hehe
