Oh how i love a bit of dark humor.

To be honest i actually figued something like that out a long time ago and removed 'A world like Pokemon' from my wishlist of impossible wishes.

Also Charmanders tail fire being out and it not being dead could be subverted because if i remember the anime, its tail fire goes out when it dies but not the other way around. A severed tail is effectively a dead one so it has no fire.

To me the Caterpie one is the only that even comes close to being gruesome, the rest are all just too strained and cartoony over the top.

Gotta say though, laughed pretty hard at the broken eggsecute.
