Personally, I like any month in which it usually gets dark before 17:00, but my favourite is probably october. Halloween is under-rated. During what other season could I walk through town in full green body paint and a plastic machete and not be ridiculed for it?

I'm split between November and March.
Both months have cold-ish weather, but not so cold that you don't want to go outside.
Both months also have school terms coming to an end, and holidays approaching.

November has the 5th of November, while April has my birthday. I'm also split on which one I enjoy more.

I like October, when autumn starts showing its colours. November and December is nice too, though christmas seems to devour those months a little bit too much. I like the cold weather and the longer nights, that's the best part of the year. After that is a little depressing, because it starts getting warmer and you know spring and summer is coming, with all the heat and constant brightness and shit.

The best events in my life have happened in August -- as well as some bad, but oh well -- so I'm going to have to agree with you, Redlin. August is pretty great.

I prefer winter to summer, though, so while I like August more than probably all of the other months, I'd much prefer it to be like winter weather.

Definitely October. It's cold enough that I can wear all that comfortable clothing I own (I love my Blundstones) and it's not necessarily snowing yet. Plus, the changing of the colour of the leaves is absolutely picturesque. Nothing quite like a walk on a brisk autumn day... I can't wait.

July, because that means we're in the middle of winter. And winter rocks because it isn't a thousand degrees Celsius and not forcing me to sit in ball soup for three months....

February, it's good hot beach weather, the madness of December/January has abated, and the Summer school holidays have ended. I always try and take a week off in Feb. On the flip side it can be oppressively hot and it is the peak time for fires. Luckily I work in a much more urban patch now, I probably won't have to cover the next big Bushfire.

December. I like the cold. Mainly because if it's too cold, I can do something about it. If it's too hot, there's only so many clothes I can take off before it is socially unacceptable.
This and the fact that it can also snow, and I generally get more sleep due to it being darker. I love snow.

My birthday is on the 21st. August is probably my favorite month for that reason alone. I tend to prefer the cold, but August has never really seemed hot to me. I've always thought of it as the mildest of the Summer months.

December. It's that special time of year Texas is allowed to have two weeks of winter, where temperatures dare get as low as mid 50's. I love my state, but really wish it wasn't as finicky about allowing itself to get a little chilly at times. The cold is wonderful. August? August might have swimming, but it also has things like heat exhaustion and all surfaces radiating 100+ degrees farenheit at you. That's not as fun.

December is my favorite month because of how cold it is. I utterly hate summer because of the heat. Plus, it feels better to climb in bed and cover up in winter.

I'm sorry to hear that. September will be a bit sadder than usual for me from now on as that is when my amazing dog died. I even made a thread about it here on the Escapist the day he passed.

November, as it was when I was gifted to this plane by my fellow titans. They thought spawning me in a weak mortal form would be worth a good laugh, but I laugh at the greatness I now strive to achieve in this coil.
As for the month itself, it's when marching band ends, meaning States, when all my work gets to pay off in its final crescendo.
The weather is also kinda nice, leaning towards cold whilst still being slightly warm. I'll still wear a fleece and tee shirt, nonetheless.

I'm gonna go with October, it's when it really starts to cool down here and the rain comes back and the days are noticeably shorter. There's just something about the time of year that I really like that I have no explanation for.

Hmm.. Tough one. I'd say its a toss up between March and December. December, because I like cold weather, snow, celebrations, the holiday break from school, etc. And March, because my birthday's in it, as well as March break here in Canada, so 2 weeks off school. I like October too because of Halloween, but not as much. :p

December, schools all over and done with and it's the longest time until it starts again. It's also generally not super hot yet and it has Christmas and New Years Eve!
