This iorny (maybe not as the cuplit didn't get away) remind me when Steve Irwin was trying to prove that Stringray were friendly. If only that Stringray didn't do that to him.

Yeah I concur. My first reaction was actually to come in here looking for "actually, is Dolan" comments. You didn't disappoint.SL33TBL1ND said:Aaaaand now I can't stop laughing. Good job.Krion_Vark said:I have to say reading the guys name the only thing I could think about was this:
My guess is that the driver did not see that Dolin had his thumb held up, and imagined another, less kind, gesture.Grey Carter said:"It appears to be a random shooting. We don't know exactly what caused him to do it. He just drove up and shot him," said Valley County Sheriff, Glen Meier.
Am I the only one who saw this and wondered why there weren't attempted murder, or at least attempted manslaughter charges if there is such a thing given he was under the influence? It seems to me that even if he wasn't trying to kill him, leaning out the window of your vehicle (was it moving?) and shooting someone stands a good chance of ending in that someone dying. Maybe he was actually trying to kill him and just missed? Surely they could tack on some other lovely charges for this asshat couldn't they?Grey Carter said:He faces charges of felony assault with a weapon and driving under the influence.
The DA is probably going to go for a quick and clean trial on this one. Murder implies intent and manslaughter implies happenstance. Either way, a lawyer can snarl things up and waste time and money arguing the finer points. With DUI and felony assault, everything's clear cut. "Yep, he was drunk. Yep, he was armed. Yep, the gun went off and hit somebody. Ten years, parole in six with good behaviour. Next case please!"Vivi22 said:Am I the only one who saw this and wondered why there weren't attempted murder, or at least attempted manslaughter charges if there is such a thing given he was under the influence?
