I think it's something from an anime.

Mine is some random symbol that I saw on the wall in a game called The Darkness.
I first played the demo of this game and liked it, so I looked up a review of it.
The review I found was Yahtzee's, I thought the video was funny and looked at his others, including his announcement of The escapist.
So I keep it there because it's awesome and because it's what originally led me to The escapist.

I think the poster above me likes his Pokemon and feels no shame advertising that fact.
I'm not a particular fan of either Yoshi or the Bat Man, so my avatar is a peculiarity (though I love that egg!). However, I MS Painted it myself and am damn proud of my creation, so I want to show it to the world.

Do u know what the best thing for me is about this thread. I wasnt expecting ppl to actually post stuff or at least not this long. BUt a new look on mine is that im a very smiley person and sometimes have been known for creepy smiles.

I always did liked the characters who are a bit naive and unsure of themselves. To a point of course. Plus even though his face never changes, it's actually quite expressive.

Mine is the corp logo for the production studio I have been working to build.
What does it say about me? Hrm.. I made it and am proud of it, Its dark, Looks ominous, certainly unique in a familiar way.

Mine is the little raven on the cover of The Airborne Toxic Event's self-titled debut album. Because I like ravens, I like that band, and found that to be reason enough.
And it looks pretty cool, to boot.

Mine represents my total disdain for music as a medium.
And if you took that seriously, you should probably get an MRI.

I like characters who have a dark past that they are in constant struggle with. Also I am a huge fan of Japanese swords. I study martial arts including Iaido and have a sword of my own so I just picked a stock photo of Kenshin when I made a profile.
Viranimus' avatar is cool. I like that it's original. Looks like a ram but since he mentioned Freud it also looks like one of those ink blots that psychiatrists use.

I have literally stripped to this theme. dance and all, with complete disregard for my puking audience. that's inspiration.
