It seems like you have a lot of music with trite angsty lyrics masquerading as "br00tal". Throw some jovial and vaguely hilarious folk metal into the mix. Finntroll, Korpiklaani, Ensiferum, Equilibrium, Turisas...

And if you're not familiar with In Flame's older albums yet, download them. A few more bands you might like are Kalmah, Elvenking, Arkona, Alchemist (download Spiritech), Wintersun, and Sepultura.

I thoroughly recommend Iron Maiden, Metallica, Sabaton, Children of Bodom, Motley Crue, Motorhead, Judas Priest, Apocalyptica and Mastodon as well as possibly some Dream Theater for some more progressive stuff. Not many of them are much like any of the bands you listed but I'm sure you'll like at least one.

There - I've basically listed my top 10 metal bands of you count Slipknot with that list.

Off Topic: I saw Slipknot perform last week and it was awesome. Very emotional when they brought Paul Gray's bass and jumpsuit to the front of the stage.

DragonForce you might like... Heroes of our time... is a nice song which'll give you a feel for their music...

Sabaton is miltary focused and pretty epic... Sounds like Classic metal. Try the song.. 40:1

Atreyu's old stuff is very heavy and it gets progressively lighter the newer you get...
