I like to order obscure pizza toppings, and i've found some surprising items.
Jalapenos and pineapple go well together.
Spicy sausage and pineapple go well together.
Banana peppers and pineapple? Not so much. Banana peppers don't provide enough heat to compliment the sourness and sweetness of the pineapple, and at the same time the pepper is just a little too sweet.
Also, there's a cheese called "Provel" that is mostly seen in St. Louis style pizza. The cheese goes good with a lot of toppings, but really acidic toppings just totally spoil it.
Also, the movie Paul and Coca-Cola don't go well together, especially after you've eaten a large meal. At one point my friend was trying to wash down a bite of pizza when the line "I'm sorry my father killed you" was uttered.
I'll leave what happened to your imagination.
