Crisp. It has to be crisp; I can't stand the fatty bits. Not too much though, otherwise you take a bite out of it and it snaps in two.

Lightly toast some bread and drench it in butter. Add the bacon to one slice and allow some of the fat to soak into the bread. Add ketchup and second slice of bread. Enjoy.

I'm not huge into bacon and I find the internet obsession with it juvenille and boring, but my tastes are pretty counter to the mainstream of bacon-eaters.

Unlike seemingly ever other person on the planet, I actually don't like my bacon crispy. I like it relatively soft and pleasantly chewy. Not hard to chew mind you, just some mild resistance. I actually prefer microwavable bacon over other kinds for this reason (though that's a bit of a potential misnomer since it usually turns out to my liking when you fry it instead of microwaving it).

I feel like every forum has a roughly bi-monthly bacon-related posting orgy. The horse is dead. We know about bacon already, promise.

Though really it is good in a sandwich with brown sauce.

I like my bacon to be crispy with eggs and pepper, or with an omelet for breakfast. And for lunch or dinner, in a big toasty sandwich with lots of cheese, lettuce, and BBQ sauce.

Quality Back Smoked Bacon, cooked until it's juicy and chewy. Then put in a butty with some Brown Sauce, and maybe some Ketchup or Mustard.

I saw a video on how you make the bacon explosion. It's pretty ridiculous, and the second I move out I'll be having a celebratory 'I can cook whatever the fuck I like' dinner which either that or some of the meals they make in that ultimate cooking Youtube series or the one on LRR.

Lightly fried.. so lightly that it barely changes colour, in a sandwich, with a little cheese.
