People that act like complete, utter douchebags because they can hide behind their anonymity.

The comments get to her, though .. 'cos in a recent video she apparently recorded her second attempt at a puzzle and pretended not to know the solution.
I find the dishonesty more annoying than anything else.
I don't find that *so* annoying. She *is* an entertainer, so of course she would want to record videos, her pretending not to know the puzzle sounds more like a second take just because the first might have gotten interrupted or something.

Oh yeah she's definitely capable as entertainment, and i found her to be a good compliment to tobuscus when they did lbp2 co-op. I just remember facepalming at her portal 2 one.
I haven't seen it yet, but I guess I should check it out now. She's definitely on the list of annoying fans Yahtzee mentioned yesterday. CAKE. Now it's SPAACE.

I have to agree, The LBP2 Tobascus co-op videos where awesome its just that she presents herself as a Girl Gamer rather than a Girl Gamer which she uses to trade off for views in her own channel.

Throwing controllers/anything. Seriously. I know I've done this (and anyone who's played F-Zero for GBA would be hard pressed NOT to have) but I really find it to be detrimental. Not only can you break your system/control it's just really non constructive.

A video game "habit" of mine is that I reload as soon as I get a kill, often gets me killed, too. Probably not the only one though.
Yes, I do this in a kind of OCD way, too. Subconsciously, I think I subscribe to the "gotta reload after each kill because I don't know if I'll need that extra round when I round the corner" mentality. Due to my rushed play style with FPS games, it usually means I'm still reloading when I round that corner.

Treating girls as somehow different than the rest of the community. It pisses me off and is really stupid.

Overhyping.
This isn't just a gamer problem, but it does tend to be worse among our community. Not a real problem, just a bad habit.

Elitism.
I'm not pointing fingers here *coughPCGamercough*, but seriously, this whole "we have more refined tastes" thing and "we're smarter gamers" just makes you sound like console fanboys but with an expanded vocabulary.

Sequel-phobia.
This seems to be an issue that's almost exclusive to this site. It's as if the number 3 is a dirty word or something around here (unless it has "Episode" before it -_-), and if it has more than 3 entries, not only is it "milking", but it automatically sucks. Don't go judging because of the fact that it's a sequel. Let it suck on it's own merits.

Penises/Tits/Sex stuff in customizable things.
If you give an online community ANY sort of custom making thing, guess what the first thing the idiots will make is... not really that much of an issue with good moderators, but there's always one...

Over-reliance on auto-saving.
Remember when the fact that you had to go to a save point was somehow seen as a legit complaint against Dead Rising 2? People say games are too easy, that there's no penalty for failure...speaking of...

Contradiction
We cry about stagnation, but when someone tries something different, we cry "stupid" or "gimmick" or "dumb" or say "why not go with what works?". Gamers keep saying they want more artistic and creative games, but they rarely sell well...

How quickscopers (this mostly applies to CoD) think they're better than EVERYONE and that they're retarded (I will backup the retard comment)
Ok say quickscopers say they are more skillful than you when you use your assault rifle or SMG. Yet the quickerscopers CONSTANTLY ***** about the fact the snipers aren't powerful. So if they were truly skillful why aren't they able to get headshots all the time? One last point.
Ever been in a private match quickscoping lobby?
The host will always set the health to minimum so you get one shot kills anywhere on the body once again defies the arguement that quickscopers are skillful.

A bad gaming habit I know I personally suffer from is that I don't particularly like taking risks or trying new things. I tend to prefer mastering the old and familiar, I save scum to avoid negative consequences, I tend to make very safe dialogue choices. I could walk you through Mass Effect on Insanity in my sleep, or do everything on Fallout 3 or Oblivion on the hardest difficulty, or beat any Final Fantasy with ridiculous handicaps, but change my games too much and I get rather out of sorts.

Part of the reason I am willing to go back and retry games I initially didn't like is because I wonder if that's just my gamer complacency and fear of change striking. Sometimes the answer is very much yes.

an annoying habit of mine is holding back my strongest weapons in fear that i might waste them, keeping them as if a bigger threat was right around the corner, leaving me attacking the hardest boss with the most basic weapon with infinite\large ammo supply

*reads above comments* ..sometimes I get the munchies and I've been known to set the controller down when I think i'm safe *insert game here*

I constantly reload too, even when it's not safe or practical. I just can't stand having even one bullet missing from my magazine. drives me crazy.

In Oblivion and other games, every time I shoot an arrow and miss (Which I work hard at making sure doesn't happen often) I will obsessively search the area for the wayward arrow and I will not move on until it is added to my inventory.

Also, obsessive reloading. "Whoops, headshot, lemme reload" and all.

Most of mine are specific to certain games. I am currently playing Rainbow Six: Vegas 2 alot again, and often people will kick "no mic'ers" since they cant talk. This may be fine when everyone else is talking, but when no one with mics is talking anyways, why bother? Especcially when tehre are only 3 people with mics in the room.

Also Scoprion online in the new MK. Its not that I cant beat him (My wins are far greater than losses) its just boring.

Oh, so many times...

Sometimes I take this waaaaay to far tho. I've caught myself reloading after every shot I fired once. It was a semi-auto, but it was still bad.

My annoying problem would have to be starting a character, not liking the way s/he is being fleshed out, deleting any save games of that character, and starting anew.

Rarely do I ever make a character that I stick through all the way to the end of the story.
