Oh, common, how could you not be one? That straight neck, those sexy brown spots...

Infact, I'm going to the zoo now.

Be glad the character designer of Bayonetta did not listen to Kamiya and give her a witch's hat. As for you being unable to actually see what was going on, on the screen thank the camera angle and the fact that Bayonetta is one of the smallest things on the screen. Most of the enemies in the demo have more detail/are easier to see than she is. Also the reason she is so tall has to do with the camera angle and the way she animates. Apparently were she shorter she would appear too thin etc in the end product.

Also, if you make Bayonetta walk... you get a rather pleasant view ;P
I take it you have a giraffe fetish, then.
She gets naked when she does her Ubermoves!
This shit will sell like hotcakes.
Apparently it's a pretty common fetish.

Edge gave it a 10/10.
Oh god, I hate it when reviewers give a game a perfect mark. It litterally means the game is perfect, which is impossible, there will always be better games. (I know I'm taking reviews a little too serious here, but I hate it SO MUCH.) Just give it a 9.5 or something...
You know when you read some game magazines when they talk about review scores they say "10 out of 10 does not mean a perfect game, it is just as close to it as a game will get"
As close as it can get = perfect
like how 0.999 (repetetive) = 1
Well, that's my opinion, though.

I finally played the Bayonetta demo myself. First impressions were not so good. I died on the first stage after the tutorial because there was too much of a clusterfuck of enemies and I was struggling just to try and pull off combos while avoiding getting hit. Eventually I got the hang of it. It actually reminded me off Otogi: Myth of Demons due to the fact that all I did was mash the same combo (Y+Y+B+Y). The whole spectacle cutscene BS was kinda lame, because I felt like if I totally lost control. Also what kind of story is this going to be? She didn't even talk, all she did was look sexy. Lastly the medals? I kinda find it impossible to explain how I got 2 silvers, a gold and a platinum, I thought I sucked.

I'll admit I had fun towards the end when I was just hacking at the two bosses, but I definitely won't buy this, it's too spectacular to be taken seriously. I might rent it just to try the full game, but I definitely won't blow $60 on it.

I don't wish to, much for the same reasons you just posted. I hope no one expects it to be too good.
It got 100% from a japanese gaming magazine. LOTS of people think it's gonna be awesome.

Really it just means 'the game does everything you could reasonably expect it to,' not that it's perfect. Regarding 10/10 as impossible really means you're rating on a scale of 1-9 and ignoring the possibility of the other two marks, which makes no sense. In a 10-point scale, 10/10 just means the score is 95% or greater anyway.

The game is extremely sexy, awesome to play, and is enjoyable with its combo's, everyone needs to at least play it once.

I know... I just somehow can't stand it. Why not just give it a 95, or a 99 if you really want to.

You are wrong. Edge gave it a 10/10.

I played it, the first level was a massive WTF but the rest was superb
I HATED the clocktower bit, it was so awful. But I decided to try the second level and I loved it. I agree, the first level is a massive wtf and I died on normal because I couldn't tell where bayoneta was half the time :(

Woah, I loved it! The demo to me, was astounding. Sure, the 1st level on the collapsing Big Ben was unforgivably difficult. I couldn't see what was going on. I mean, I lost so much health doing it, and then that health carried over, despite it being a dream sequence. The fuck? The rest of it was a unique experience. I hated Devil May Cry, all of them, and I loved the Bayonetta demo. Partly due to the game letting you BELIEVE you ARE that powerful and that your moves are making the effects happen, rather than in DMC in which the cutscenes lead you to belive that you're an invincible Devil, and then during gameplay you're weaker than a limbless rabbit. Bayonetta seemed 'different' to me, almost 'original', so I'll play it just for the experience. Might just be as lame as all the other DMC games, but at least now I get to stare at a semi-attractive Witch rather than an androginous, arrogant man-girl. I have high hopes for the full game, and am willing to let it rape my ears and eyes with its art style. I also hope that we aren't criticising it for its over-sexualised female, because we're denial if we are. Let me remind you of a cold hard fact about video games. Apart from Alyx Vance and the FEW other noteworthy examples, what female has NOT been represented in a sexual manner? At least it understands what it's doing and KNOWS it's exaggerating. If it isn't yet another FPS/sequel I'm already there buying it. I just hope Bayonetta will be more forgiving than the DMC games.
