You did that a minute ago, didn't you.

Ah, the good old Mobius is back.

Well in real life I'm a lot less calm then I am on these forums, I'm actually a very angry person but there's something about all you people that just sedates me.

That gas being released from the vents right now? Totally not sedative. Nope.

Now, deep breaths.

I'm much bolder on the web, as are most. I'm a complete asshole in the real world, just doubly so when I am my sorrowful counterpart.

I pretty much act online as I do in real life - with the exception that I wouldn't just jump into conversations with a whole bunch of people I don't know as you're SUPPOSED to on a forum. The only time I differ from my online persona is when I'm talking privately to nice girls online, since the whole fact I'll never meet them and there's no potential for romance or awkwardness lets me be a lot more relaxed and playful than I would be in the same situation IRL.

I realise how creepy that might make me sound, but oh well. I'm more of a flirt online, I guess is what I mean.

Edit : I also forgot I go under the name of 'Max' to quite a few people - my online name EVERYWHERE is maxusy3k.

Unfortunatly i know exactly what you're talking about, im more agressive online under the guise of Cerberus, i've noticed small things about my day that've changed.
Bingo. This is exactly what I am talking about. The little bits of your avatar that come through in your day. Woo I'm not alone!

Had a moment this morning that is a good illustration of this. My boss calls me up (it's 0921 right now) and I answer with my usual "Yeah?". He ID's himself "It's ...." and I responded with "Oh, hey, gits here". Thankfully I (think I) passed it off as distortion on the phone line (we're testing VoIP equipment live) but I think my boss now thinks I'm weirder than normal.

I actually am a future gonzo journalist that carries around an incontinence gun and smokes far too many cigarettes.

Trust the fuckhead.

Hmm, ok. I guess becomming my avatar is also becomming my gaming, joking, silly self. Pretending to be evil and think up evil things, when in realy life I wouldn't harm a puppy. Orphans on the other hand. *shakes fist* They think they're so great! I'll teach 'em!
I'm an orphan.

*silence*

Can you hear the awkwardness?
Well... you know I didn't mean it directly at anyone. (Hides the wrench) Wow, awkward.

I never actually meant it in that way, just the cute old british ones with scarfs around their necks, "Please, sir can I've some money?" types. Damn them and their adorability! Is it me or is this hole keep on getting bigger?
It's all good. I'm not actually an orphan. I was just trying to create an awkward silence over the internet.
Oh good. Well, now I can converse all my latest Orphan jokes:
-Why'd the orphan cross the road?
-Cause I burnt down the orphanage and chansed the basterd across with an axe!

-So an orphan walks into a bar... without parents.

-How many orphans does it take to unscrew a lightbulb?
-How ever many can get past me and me shotgun!

-Two orphans walk into a bar... the metal bar I was weilding at the time!

(ok, the second one Larenxis made up, but I like to take credit for the rest)

Never think of it as getting harder to clamber out of. Instead, think of it as an exponentially increasing chance of finding pirate treasure!
Haha, I'm using that.

I tripped over it, personally. Mostly 'cause I kept using robots. To list my avatars, chronologically:
Haven't seen you with the 4th and 5th, but never be anything other than the 'bot. It's like your thing.

Purplerain, the blogosphere will implode if you change your avatar.

The blogosphere is the only thing alienating dangerous 4chan radiation. Do not let it happen.

And you all die? (Scratches chin plottingly)

Nah, can't be bothered changing it. I've grown to acustom to it. As for you, Anarchemitis, I don't think I could handle you changing yours. And by that I don't just mean the shirt colour and minor details.

You and Tsurugi should have a fight for the purplest ninja. (He's my friend IRL)

Necro'd slightly. Well, it looks like the blogoshere didn't cave in after the change of my avi. A bit like the Y2K bug and the Hadron Collider.
