They could go the other direction and make that shout speed the character up, relatively it'd be the exact same thing as slowing everything else down. I mean, it'd be harder to control, so it wouldn't be quite the same, but it's better than disabling it all togetherKwil said:MMO with character controlled time-slowing mechanism does not mix.
