I've always been partial to the Black Templars colour scheme. The contrast of the Black and White, combined with Red and/or Gold trim looks fantastic, IMO.

OT: Tactical Dreadnought ("Terminator") Armour; because to use Dreadnought Armour, you have to be at least 3/4 dead.

I have to second the Nanosuit 2 for the simple reason that it's almost thin enough to wear under normal clothes. You could walk down the street in baggy trousers and a big t-shirt and nobody would notice. Then you clip the helmet on and kick ass all the way home.
Morrowind's glass and Daedric armour. The Obvlivon versions sucked, but the sheer rarity and value alone of these armour types, make these versions infinitely better, let alone their awesome looks.
And, at least in Morrowind Daedric armour actually looked like what it is - Ebony armour with a Daedric spirit trapped inside.

I'm between Halo's spartan armor and the one Samus wheres at Metroid.

Iron Man's extremis armor. He's gone through a crap-ton of suits, but this was by far the coolest. The movies definitely got it right by copying this one.
gotta say the magic armor from twilight priness. yea i know it isnt practical outside of the cave of ordeals but it helps out inside the cave so much that i think it almost makes up for it. also if you finish the game wearing it watch when link stands next to princess zelda. i mean he actually looks somewhat important instead of someone from the back woods. the headpiece is almost the same. it looks cool, it helps with the cave of ordeals, and it lets us see the top of links head. a winner on all counts lol.
